We loved our 5-night stay at the hotel with my 8-year-old son. The location in Mestre is very convenient: close to the railway station and buses coming from Treviso Airport. The area around the hotel is quiet, with no heavy traffic nearby, and we didn’t hear any noise at night (we even slept with the window open it was ok). The cleanliness was impeccable. The room was sparkling clean at check-in, and it was just as spotless every evening when we returned. Fresh towels and all single-use items were always replaced. Breakfast was tasty - mostly sweet (as is typical in Italy), but there were also a few savory options.The hotel staff were super nice and helpful. Every person we interacted with was genuinely kind and welcoming.

Great air conditioning. Comfortable renovated rooms with a good bathroom. It was very quiet at night and we could sleep perfectly. The breakfast was also very good with a variety of fruits, vegetables yoghurts, coffee. The only thing I missed was brown bread. The location is also excellent with the bus stop that takes you to Venice right outside, and also a supermarket crossing the street.

The neighbourhood is not beautiful: The streets are ugly, I didn’t see parks or playgrounds , very few green areas so it gets extremely hot in summer , sometimes there’s not even a sidewalk . The room smelled a little bit like cigarette even though they have a sign of smoking not allowed.

Good value for money, very friendly staff, very nice and delicious breakfast for what we were used to in Italian hotels, loved the location that was only few minutes from bus station to the city (20 min by bus), very well heated room during the winter, we could make a tea in the room, absolutely a good choice to stay in Venice.

Maybe some investing in old furniture, but we dont have much complains in this area. Everything in the room was practical and useful. Maybe you can offer some complimentary water in the room.

Maybe it wasn't perfect. Maybe many things can be done better. Not everything was as it should have been. Some people will say that the rooms are too small and that something is wrong. But it was wonderful for me and my family. Family atmosphere. Every day I passed the same people who run the family hotel with passion and every day they get up early in the morning and go to bed later than us. Wonderful hospitable people with good hearts, always nice and always smiling. A bed room is only a place to sleep, but the atmosphere in such a place is priceless. It doesn't matter where, but with whom, and that's probably the whole beauty and charm of this place.

Lovely room we had to change room though due to an unfriendly pest of a guest at the hotel, but we received our new room, great help from staff! Cleaning staff great too, very kind and polite Easy to travel to venice a bus stop merely a hundred yards away. Although very busy bus so be aware Supermarket near by too. Breakfast excellent!

The fridge would overheat and therefore not cold enough, this was due to it being fully enclosed in the cupboard. Which I'm sure cant be safe Nothing else we didnt like. other than the annoying french lady who used to knock on our door at 1.30 am!

We appreciated the perfect location, just a few steps from the bus stop with buses 7 and 7E that will take you directly to Venice city centre. The hotel has dedicated parking spaces, however, it is also possible to park in the street. The staff was really nice and accommodating. You can buy the return ticket for the bus for EUR 3 at the reception. The beds were comfortable.

There is a railway station nearby so there might be a bit of a noise but nothing unbearable.

The staff were really very nice an helpful ,the hotel is in front of bus station takes you directly to the old city of Venice, couple of quick food restaurant near by, nice cafe in front of the hotel. parking of my car was easy. about the breakfast I can say it was good at least what you are looking for was there.

the bed wasn't comfy as it was so small, so if you have big body better to check with the reception if they have bigger bed.

The staff was very friendly and the location to Venice with the bus stop right outside the door as well as a supermarket and good restaurant were perfect. There is also an elevator in the building and the parking is good. Be prepared to give the staff your car keys to move the cars though as it can get very crowded.

The air conditioning in the rooms hardly works. It gets very hot in summer. The beds are also quite small.

Convenient locaton, parking is good, bus stop near, the breakfasts are super. Responsive personelle

Room 66 key is too simple, like the key from a drawer. , Which makes a little worrieness, as the door can be opened with a toothpick, or occasionnaly opened by guests from nextdoor. Of course it didn’t happen, and we trusted the personelle at the property. All good. But changing the locks on that doors and use descent keys would probably be a good idea.

The room was big enough and clean. Breakfast was good but somewhat limited. However was much more than the tipical ”italian breakfast” (croissant and coffee) :))) The bus station was just around the corner and it took about 20 min to get to Venice (bus 7 or 7A), which was decent enough. The hotel has a free private parking lot, which is very handy if you came by car.

Even if I had a reservation for 2 persons, the room was prepared only for 1 person (one set of towels, one set of toiletries and one glass). It needed a request to the reception to supply the second set.
