The bedroom was huge and the location was great- max 15 mins to the top of Toompea. Great public transport links to the airport and out of town but it's in walking distance of most of the city.

The only issue was a lack of instructions for check-in and check-out. We didn't receive any instructions on how to get into the building (which door to use, where the key was, which room was ours - nothing) so we had to call someone to ask for help. I never saw a member of staff while we were there. I also had to send them a message to ask them how to check out and we had to google how to get the sauna working, so some instructions for that would be helpful too.

The room was a fantastic 2-room suite with a private in-room sauna. There was a small kitchenette with a refridgerator, dishes, and stove. The couch apparaently turned into another bed, but the table was in the way. There wasn't enough room to move the table. The bedroom had a large cozy king bed. There were heated bathroom floors. There were no directions for the sauna, but we were able to get directions from staff via Whats App.

We arrived at the hotel, there is no parking close to check-in and get the location to the on-site parking. There was no one at the hotel during the time when we were to arrive. We knocked at the front and back several times and had to wait for 30 minutes outside. Another person was also waiting and the receptionist was no where to be found. When we were finally let in, the receptionist was curt, no-frills. She showed us the room and was quickly gone before we could ask questions. There were no extra blankets in the room for the couch, and reception was unreachable. We had to look through cleaning closets to find something that would work. There were no directions for the sauna. Only hand towels were available for the shower until laundry came in teh second day.

Good location. The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom looked good. Kitchen had everything I needed.

A bit too noisy as the room was right next to a busy car road. Noisy even at night time.

Great location, town center and shopping center 1 bus stop away. Great staff.

Everything was at the higehst level !

It is a nice room like a four-star hotel. The bathroom in particular is beautiful. There is a fridge, a microwave and a cooker. You can easily stay here for a week and you won't miss anything.

The apartments are right next to a two-lane road and there is noise until late in the evening. Before check-in I couldn't ring the reception for ten minutes because the lady had headphones in her ears and she didn't hear the bell. I was waiting and I didn't know what was going on. I'm not mad at her, I also like to listen to music while working, but maybe they should come up with a better way to check in (for example via a code).

A big 10 without hesitation. Extremely comfortable 2-room apartment with a large and comfortable bed, equipped with everything you need. located 15 minutes walk from the center, in a very pleasant and quiet area. Impeccable cleanliness, luxury hygiene products, gown and disposable slippers. And the sauna is not a big plus, it is a jackpot

Comunication with the host, the nearest market is 10 minutes walking

I have rented short stay apartments in lots of places over the last few years, and this was definitely one of the best, and certainly way better value than the last place I rented in Tallinn. Very spacious, high ceilings, view into a charming little garden. It is in a quiet residential block rather than the usual soulless buy-to-let warren of studios. Luise is quite a busy street in the daytime but you are 50 metres away and the traffic is barely audible. The apartment is serviced from the hotel, and the staff are helpful and good at answering messages. The kitchen has a proper cooker with an oven and the fittings and furniture are high quality, not IKEA economy range as is typical.

It might be less attractive in winter, given that it is a big white box, with trees outside that block the light, though the shade is great in summer. The district is an attractive old quarter of wooden houses but transport is a bit more limited than on the other side of the old town. Not much in the way of shops nearby. You might need anti-mosquito kit in high summer — I caught one in the bedroom even in mid-June.

Very nice apartment with a excellent parking place. Very spacious and all the amenities needed for a short term stay.

Bedroom is on street level, and traffic noise is bit loud, could insulate the windows bit better, but otherwise very tranquil location.
