- The staff: incredibly helpful, always available, George is simply a great person, he shared not only his precious pieces of advice, but also very nice chats every morning with a smile on his face. Also, the two female members during the evenings and the cleaning staff were just great and always helpful - The hotel itself: the pool area is great, the rooms are pretty big, with comfy beds and plenty of space, many wardrobes and a nice balcony. Rooms were cleaned daily and also the cooking area had everything you can need - Position: in my opinion Kos Town is the best area where to stay in Kos. Esperides is close enough to the most crowded area but still at an affordable price. The area is surrounded by anything you can need for a holiday - The real boss: a beautiful cat always ready for cuddles and so polite to guide you to the elevator every night.

The owner was extremely helpful and very friendly, he always took the time to chat with us and was a very down to earth guy. His English was great 😊 Tv and a good working air conditioning in both bedrooms, there was also a screen door in both bedrooms to the patio which kept all unwanted mosquitos outside. The sun loungers around the pool were very comfortable. Solid wood base with a very thick mattress.

Personally the mattress in the bedroom was a little too hard for me but I still slept well. A few more cooking utensils in the kitchen would have come in handy. A pair of scissors and a couple more pots and pans….

I stayed at Esperides Hotel on the island of Kos and had a very pleasant experience. My room was comfortable and had a shady balcony with lovely view. The hotel is quiet and has a warm, homely atmosphere. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me great tips on what to see, where to go, and how to make the most of my time on the island - I really appreciated their support. The location is very convenient: you can walk to the old town, the port, and the beach. There’s also a supermarket, a bakery, and a bike rental shop nearby. Overall, a lovely place to stay at a fair price. I would definitely come back.

The staff were wonderful, friendly and so helpful with any request. Well furnished rooms, cold A/C, good size kitchenette. The balcony was lovely to sit on in the afternoons getting good light, without being in a lot of direct sunshine. Fantastic location with Supermarkets, bottle shops, beaches and restaurants all within close walking distance. Quiet location on a pretty street. Close to tourist attractions and shopping. We loved it.

The bathroom layout made the toilet a little uncomfortable to use. The bar and lounge is at the front of the apartments with the pool all the way at the back, it's a long way from the pool and the pool hours weren't open long enough to really take advantage of it.

Esperides Apartments were absolutely amazing for this price! It’s not a luxury hotel, but have everything what you need to feel great and comfortable. Rooms are nice and always clean and having a pool in object is definitely pro. Special thanks to George who is owner of this object! The hotel is 10 mins from the town centre. It is really quiet at night when you want to sleep as it is in a residential area. Therefore, you can have the best of both worlds..busy,bustling Kos with its bars,tavernas, and cocktail bars followed by a peaceful tranquil hotel. George is lovely, very welcoming. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The cleaners clean and tidy your room every day, which is a real treat. Makes it feel like a real holiday from all things domestic. The room has blackout shutters, which is great to rest in the morning. Air conditioning keeps it comfortable for the daytime if you are back at the hotel.Would thoroughly recommend Esperides. It is not a luxury hotel but is comfortable, homely, welcoming, and a place you want to visit again.

The swimming pool does not open until 1030am. There are rooms near the pool so understand that it has to be a later start, but 10 am seems reasonable. It's nice to have time for a quick swim before going out.

George and Jolene were so kind and welcoming. The apartments have guidelines for quiet times out of respect for other patrons. The rooms were cleaned daily. There was enough activity locally bakeries/supermarkets/restaurants/bars and a 5000 step walk (ha!) into the main town for the busier life if you preferred. The main marina in town offered a range of tourist boats offering excursions. There is a beach very local to the apartment which is shingley so beach shoes would be a good choice and it is quiet and clean. We went to another beach the other side of the marina. The sunbeds are free but you have to order from their restaurant. Drinks were not frighteningly expensive. A vodka and lemon was €8 including a bowl of crisps which was a surprise. Perhaps it's the end of the season? Bottled water €1.50 in an iced champagne bucket. All in all, a very happy 5 day stay. Would we have stayed longer? Absolutely. We hope to return next year. A ha! Whilst the beach the other side of the marina was more sand than shingle the sun beds are crammed for maximum money. Thankfully we were there coming to the end of season so not all the beds were taken. But space between beds was tight. Taxis. Not enough taxis available. You could be waiting a long time in town and end up walking home.

Our stay at Esperides was fantastic in every respect The hotel facilities are brilliant with a large pool with plenty of umbrellas and sun lounges The staff are very friendly and helpful - George is the perfect host ! The rooms are large and well equipped - and they are spotlessly clean. In fact the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Rooms serviced daily The hotel is in a great location - fantastic restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, the beach is 300 metres away and it is a 5 minute walk into town. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe If we could have given Esperides 11/10 we would have !!!

The apartments were in a great quiet location with a lovely evening walk to get to the harbour. The owner was always checking in how we were and was very helpful in giving tips for things to do. The apartment was a good size, plenty of storage (including hangers) and very clean.

This accommodation is the best. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, the rooms are spotless and the location is great - within walking distance from the sea, close to good restaurants and grocery stores. Bike rental is just around the corner, If you don´t mind walking, this is a great place to spend your vacation at Kos. Highly recommended.
