Fairly close to the airport. Grounds were very well maintained. Room was really clean, comfortable and updated.

When we booked this, we thought we had an airport shuttle available. But when we called from the airport to find out where to get the shuttle we were told that there wasn’t one. If needed, we were supposed to reserve one the day before. We did not know that nor did we recall seeing any of this information (or lack of)when we booked our room. That was disappointing and we had to get a ride from Lyft from the airport to the hotel, which was an added expense and delayed our arrival to the hotel.

The Holiday Inn Express Suites in Pensacola was wonderful. The staff was outstanding, they were very accommodating to us and made my stay so pleasant and very comfortable. I also loved how clean it was, I always look for how a hotel or resort is maintained, that says a lot about the staff who manages the facility. I would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express again when I come back to Pensacola. Thank you for making my first time in Pensacola a very pleasant and welcoming one. The Holiday Inn express & Suites Pensacola Airport North at I-10 is a wonderful hotel. We were visiting to attend the Blue Angels Homecoming show. I am not sure if many traveling spectators, would choose or chose this hotel but it worked perfectly for our needs. We were booked in a king size room. Staff greeted us promptly and were professional and personable. Our room was nicely appointed with a half size refrigerator, microwave, single serve coffee machine with coffee and tea single serve cups. The room felt modern. There is plenty of lighting and an excellent amount of USB ports and electric outlets that are very accessible. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with Dove products at the sink and in the shower. I had read other reviewers rave about the breakfast. And I assure you all the positive feedback is warranted. The breakfast options included cereal, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, French toast, egg, white, omelettes, turkey, sausage, bacon, hot biscuits, bagels, cinnamon roll, muffins, other pastries, three types of juice, and a coffee station. The breakfast was included with our hotel stay and worked well so we would not have to waste time with additional stops on our way to the venue. I wish we had stayed long enough to use the pool or the fitness center. But they are there for your use should you want them. The only criticism I have is that the toilet seems to have loosened from the tile floor in our bathroom. I hope the hotel makes the necessary repair. We would recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Would appreciate more carts for luggage from rooms at checkout. Senior have trouble lugging heavy luggage without carts. Please purchase foldable, stackable carts, then you could accommodate more people. Unfortunately folks take your carts to their rooms and leave them there until they are ready to leave. Guess you can not stop that, so more carts is the answer. Thank you!

Excellent location right off of I-10/I-110. New building nicely furnished and decorated like most Express sites. Tasty breakfast and coffee. Two walkable restaurants. Friendly staff, convenient parking.

No freezer in room fridge. Breakfast did not start until 7a (McDonald's next door though). Adjacent to a Holiday Inn (who is the idiot who places a HI next to an HI Express? I pulled into the HI but had to reload my car and drive, via a highway u-turn, to the Express. If you're gonna do this, at least have the parking lots connect.). Very expensive.

I loved that the property was clean, modern and had a pleasant aroma upon entry. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The shower floor could use a good deep clean but other than that, it was pristine. Breakfast was good and kept fresh, which I liked a lot.

My only critique is the cleanliness of the shower floor; a good scouring agent and brush could get it very clean.

This hotel was amazing! 10/10 would recommend. It’s clean, the breakfast is fantastic, something for everyone. We used the laundry facilities and they were fast, clean and easy to use. The pool was very cold, but our kids didn’t mind. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Facility was nice

Stragglers can easily come in off the streets. One came on a bicycle & was very paranoid. Thought my husband was looking at him & said something. It could have turned left real quick but we ignore him & kept it moving. We on the other hand have too much to lose then to argue with someone who clearly has a mental disorder. Never will go to that location again but on bc of this.

I loved how the hotel was close to everything. We didn’t have to travel far for food, shopping, or activities for the kids. The hotel itself was very nice and clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Nothing the property met my expectations especially for the price we paid. I will say the breakfast was ok, and one day they actually ran out. It was Memorial Day weekend so they definitely should’ve planned ahead for that.

I asked for a room on the 2nd floor. I called the hotel 2 days before I checked in and it was not honored. Please try to make customer happy whoever is doing the scheduling of the rooms. I am afraid of elevators. Thanks
