Lovely hotel, very comfortable,clean and good facilities. The check in staff were excellent ,very friendly & helpful. Nice parking area under the hotel although limited spaces so I’d recommend checking in early to secure one.

The small restaurant bar area was very disappointing. I felt sorry for our bar tender who was running around making drinks, taking food orders and serving food! A very obvious lack of staff in this area. Breakfast was the same with one young lady taking orders and the wait time was ridiculous especially when we were short on time for breakfast. Definitely needs attention in this area.

The property was beautiful! This was the first time we stayed in one of these hotels and it was as wonderful. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again when I am in the Charlotte area.

The only thing I could say was the parking u see the hotel was limited and very tight! They allowed you to park across the street at the residence inn parking lot. Which was fine, but that was not relayed to us as a possibility when we checked in.

Clean and comfortable room. decent hot water pressure. Free parking if you are lucky. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants around. breakfast was good.

Free parking only if you are lucky and there is available room on the street. If not you have to pay $15/Night. While the room felt renovated and clean the hallway felt dirty.

The front desk staff were nice, check in went smoothly. Room service as well. The location was very good for my needs.

I would have expected for a 4 star hotel, to clean the room and not only to change towels. The housecleaning should have taken dirty coffee cups and replace with new ones. I have requested on the second day afternoon to send me new cups. I would have expected to make the bed properly and not just put the blanket on top.

Location was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. glad they had parking available and you did not have to pay much for parking.

Staff, Tyler, wasn't the friendliness upon our arrival. not rude by any means but could have been more engaging, also a smile goes a long way. Same as when we checked out, not asking how was are stay, thank you for staying here, nothing.

Service in restaurant was just terrible. Staff standing around, had to flag them down for everything from wiping down table to then bringing cutlery, ordering, getting check. They just stood around talking to other staff both mornings we ate there

Most of the staff was friendly. The decor was nice. Shower was wonderful.

There wasn't much within walking distance. The restaurant needs more help, they had one server, who was very nice, but there were not that many tables seated and it took 30 minutes to get a simple breakfast. The light switches in the room were a bit confusing too.

Hotel staff and room was excellent. Top notch. The unspoken hero is the onsite restaurant. Outstanding food at reasonable prices. The chef cuisine is really talented. Best food we've have in a while and worth visiting even if you don't stay at the hotel. Drinks from the bar were exceptional. Even though our waitress was overworked as they were shorthanded, she was awesome. Complementary coffee in the lobby is better than most coffee shops. This is a great hotel with a phenomenal restaurant and bar

~ Gorgeous, modern and clean room with plenty of space to stretch out. I particularly enjoyed the door to close off the shower/toilet from the sink - would be very handy when travelling with others. ~ Lovely touch to have the TV showing the occupant name upon entering - felt very welcoming!

~ While the wardrobe area looked lovely, the "long" hanging section was quite short - my pants touched the base when hung by the waistband, and I'm not that tall. Any full-length dresses or longer pants would pool on the base area - defeating the purpose of hanging them in the first place. ~ Not to do with the stay itself, but 5 days later, I am yet to receive a proper invoice, despite advising at booking that this was a work trip that required an invoice. Despite messages on Booking.com and emailing the hotel directly, I have not received a response.

We checked in Friday night around 9pm, my room still wasn’t ready but the girl at the front desk was very nice and told me they were sold out and had groups which I understand. There was a guy yelling at her causing a seen and she handled it so well. This hotel was beautiful and so clean, I would definitely come back here again.
