Property was located in a great area, close to the highway and cute coffee shops.

The parking lot was icy and I slipped on ice and busted my knee, when I informed the front desk about it just so they could put salt on the ground to avoid further injuries, the front desk host seemed bothered and did not even bother to check to see if I was ok. I took care of my knee myself because I carry a small first aid kit but it was just common courtesy to at least apologize and ask if I needed anything. I’m not sure if she even reported the incident because we left and came back to the same icy lot.

There are several touchpoints that were excellent! The lady who checked us in was the right person in the right seat. She was bright and personable. She engaged with us naturally and carried herself very professionally. The layout of the room was great...as was the shower and the comfort of the mattresses. The gentlman who prepared breakfast was friendly and on his game.

We noticed there was a large trash can and several bags of trash outside the elevator on the 4th floor the evening we arrived and was still there the morning we left. It was a small touchpoint, but it was noticable.

The Hotel is very nice and the staff were super helpful.

I think a few things could be easily improved to make the guest's experience better. The pressure in the shower could be increased. Please get some flavored creamer for the coffee and make breakfast a bit longer. Breakfast ending at 9:00 a.m. on weekdays and 9:30 a.m. on weekends is way too early.

Located perfect for baseball tournament

The staff was horrible very rude non professional! Her name is Isabella I had reservations paid for and they charged my daughter $160 then was refusing to fix it after they seen the reservation. Then proceeded to say it’s her problem if her card is charged that she have to figure it out herself with her bank.

Beautiful building, clean and modern. The room was by far the best. Nice layout, clean, modern, spacious. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were too soft, like you need to fold them over, or use 2 at a time. Not a deal breaker but if you prefer more firm pillows it's important.

The hotel has a nice contemporary feel. Hallways were stylish, well lite and clean. The room was a king suite with a sofa bed and desk. Bedding and towels had a nice feel. Plenty of countertop space to place suitcases and items. The closet was well laid out with a nice shelving unit and lots of hangers.

The shower water pressure wasn’t very strong no matter how it was adjusted. The hot breakfast was good but it was exactly the same both mornings we were there, no variety.

Pool was small and room description could be better. Booked a two bedroom and it was one room with 0 privacy from adults to kids. Not sure why it says two rooms if it's one big room with a partial divider that's not even actually a divider or privacy screen. No way to lock bathroom door

Breakfast was good

Well, there was a water leak from a sprinkler head in the bathroom. It happened after I fell asleep and woke up to water coming down from the ceiling. I put towels down and called the front desk. Since it was late, a staff member came up to look. It did stop and hopefully will be addressed before the next occupant.

Breakfast was the only thing that I felt like could’ve been more BUT it was still great! I loved the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere.

You really need a spa or hot tub! I was so excited thinking I was going to relax in a hot tub but there wasn’t one.

Lady at front desk was polite and very helpful. Breakfast was great on Tuesday morning and the attendant was nice. Beds are extremely comfortable. Location was minutes from everything you could think of, yet secluded.

Hallway didn't get vacuumed the entire stay. Trash overflowing outside main entrance almost set the tone for a bad experience. Trash bag drippings or spills at rear exit reassembled vomit.
