Private parking and good location. Room was nice and clean.

No breakfast included. Had to walk around and search for a bakery, but everything is closed on Sundays.

Beautiful property, wonderful staff, plenty of private parking. The only thing that could’ve been better was to communicate about the road construction next to the hotel and to not follow the GPS instructions.

It was a clean room, close to the center of city, affordable rates and plenty of restaurants close by. Also next to train station if you go to Sofia or Varna, and the bus station to Istanbul. Staff speaks english, bulgarian and even spanish, so to us that was real helpful.

Reception open 7/24, paid at the check-in (not forced to pay online), perfectly clean throughout, lift access available to rooms, lounge/bar area is also great to have. Walk-in shower, noise-canceling windows, plenty of restaurants offering fast-food/breakfast/grill, etc., and only 15 mins. of walk away to the city centre, not to mention the coach station. Amazing place, 10/10 would recommend it.

Bed mattresses are a bit stiff for side sleepers, but amazing for back sleepers. Pillows could be better and a hair dryer wouldn't hurt.

Very close to the train station and bus station in Plovdiv. A really beautiful lobby to the hotel that was staffed with a bar and a comfortable lounge.

The road works at the time of our booking made it difficult to find the entrance. The whole front of the hotel was draped in a protective sheet, obscuring our view.

Location was great, staff knew english really well, we loved the clean room, nice-looking room and quiet hotel at all.

We were not able to turn on AC - it was bit non- used and was smelly after turning on. Nothing we cannot survive, we did it without AC whole stay.

Super comfortable and modern but with old city feel. Free and safe car parking is an amazing feature. The top room for a family of four is very nicely equipped with kitchen, Illy coffee machine and several pods, a few dishes... Not far from the old city center and the walk through the city park is amazing. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are not particularly charming but the macro location, free parking, and all the conveniences at that price can't be beaten!

The parking was nice. The room was ok.The people were helpful.

Really long walk to the old town. The roads around the hotel were all dug up. The AC really did not cool well enough. Room was warm. Would have been nice if they served b fast. Lacked any real character.

The staff knew English, they were very helpful and also very cheerful people. The location was also very close to the center.

There was no place to sit in the room other than the bed, and there was no refrigerator.

Friendly welcome and large, clean room. Nearby works and digging complicate arrival.

Unfortunately, everywhere between the hotel and the bus and railway stations was being dug up, which made getting there difficult as the short, direct walk was not available.
