The room was massive and the view was excellent especially when it was sunny outside and the area was quieter than expected and the hotel staff were very pleasant especially the old boy (I don't remember his name) he was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Overall a pleasant stay.

The sink in kitchenette and shower drain were linked and 2.days it got blocked and the dirty water from the sink was coming up from the shower drain. Maybe invest in do not disturb signs for the rooms because some days I was showering and the cleaner came in my room.

Beautiful room with excellent view. The location is just in front of the beach, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Abundant breakfast is included in the price. The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom could use some toiletries, such as small bottles of shampoo or a hair dryer, only hand soap is present. Also, we had some issues with the air conditioner as we couldn’t turn it on late at night. When we went downstairs to check with the receptionist, he understandably said there was nothing he could do at that moment, so we resorted to sleeping with the window open.

Location is great, room was very large and had a huge window overlooking the beach. It was great sleeping to the sound of the waves. Small kitchenette, but no pans or plates. Great value.

Staff was hit or miss - the guy in the morning is negative and short tempered, and the guy late at night is often drunk and stumbling. When the wind blows, the window shakes violently and you have to put toilet paper in between the panes of glass to stop the rattling. For the price I paid, I can’t really complain and I got what I needed out of the property.

The view is awesome, the room is beautiful and it was much better than I expected, spacious and clean, and the staff are nice There was a small kitchen in the room which was something I didn't expect, it was a good surprise, but there was a lack of cooking ware, so if you're coming bring your own if you can or try to ask for some. The rooftop view is awesome

Really good for a budget price. Big room with clean bedding. Room Clean. Simple. Right on beach and a good quality cheap cafe across the road. Bathroom was reasonable, no leaks. Brilliant views of the beach.

One curtain didn't draw. Could do with extra sheet.

Friendly staff. Clean. Really affordable, so therefore ok to be simple, with basic (but clean) bedding. Nice blue and white decorated rooms. Beds are comfy. Toilet and shower all working. Nice breakfast in cafe next door. Has simple cooking facilities. Lovely sea view. Big room for 4 people, with part of it sectioned off into a separate room.

I've stayed multiple times and usually nice and quiet, but because it is Ramadan there was a disco somewhere down the street playing till 1am. I think most places will have similar issues in Ramadan as people tend to be night owls.

The location is perfect. The room is spacious and has amazing view that is better than many restaurants around. It is a budget place, dont expect anything luxurious.

The only downside is the duvet covers that are not clean. Luckily I was there during warm days and I didn’t need to use them

Great location, the beach is literally across the road... If you want a 5star hotel... Then you pay 5star prices.. This hotel is really value for money... And you get breakfast included in the price... I stayed here 5 times I think... Because of the price

Great location by the beach. Friendly staff and safe place. Good budget restaurant across the road. Simple but clean. Big rooms. A/c. Simple breakfast in café downstairs. Given the price is the best in sousse for a budget. Bedrooms for 3 or more have one bed behind its own door.

Not luxury. A lot of people smoking at breakfast cafe, but usually ok if you find a quiet corner.

It is in a best location where you can directly see and access the beach and other facilities/supplies in the surrounding area. In price is excellent in term of value for moony. The staff particularly at the reception were very good and friendly.

The breakfast. It does not have choice. In addition while the room I stayed is generally ok. I recommend if a bit of maintenance in future.
