We didn't expect too much for what we were paying, but for the price, it really exceeded our expectations. Facilities where clean, well organised, air conditioning worked very well as did the fridge. They even had a small bowl with washing liquid, dish cloth and tea towels to do any dishes. Check-in process was simple and fuss free.

There is not much we didn't like, and this is being really picky... TVs were not the right size or orientation for each room, they needed to be bigger and mounted lower on the wall or tilted down. But they were fairly new, just without smart features (not a big issue) Cobwebs on the bathroom window, hadn't been cleaned in a while, and a small bit of mould in the shower. But these are being really picky.

Clean but a bit short on power points near the bed where one tends to be when relaxing in a motel. Larger carton of Milk for coffee, the small ones often used in motels are not even enough for one coffee. These were reasonable size we were able to get four coffee's out of it. Motels on check in would be well advised to offer customers extra cartons of the UHT Milk on check in, I am sure it would go down well with patrons. One thing that will get a motel a bad rating with me, is if I have to go out and buy milk for my coffee.

All was pretty good not exceptional but pretty good.

Everything about the room was excellent, there was everything you needed, the room & beds were comfortable & very clean, could not fault this motel & would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone, situation was close to most things you would want & a very short drive to the jetty if you were unable to walk there.

There was nothing we didn’t like or were not happy with so I don’t think there’s any room for improvement .

The comfortable beds and clean bathrooms add to the overall appeal of this prime location.

Not a major deal but would have been nice to have a full length mirror in room.

We have stayed here a few times when visiting family in busso and we have seen lots of changes over the years. For the better. Place is ultra clean now, quiet and comfy. Great having a smart tv now. Having an optional continental brekky available has upped the stay even more. Check in and out is smooth and the staff are very friendly and informative.

Unfortunately there was no space to park outside our accomadation so had to park over on the opposite side instead. 😕

Firstly staff were very accommodating and friendly to my special needs son including providing extra bedding and informing me not to hesitate to ask any of the staff if there was anything else we needed to make our stay more comfortable, Location brilliant! we easily walked into the town and the Shipwreck playground. Little Cafe and Thai restaurant a 2 minute walk away. Red Rooster next door and Kmart across the road. Room very clean and essential’s like plates, bowls and cutlery all there!

I think I would just ask for a room not as close to the busy road as the traffic was a bit loud. Absolutely a minor thing though, we still slept just fine!

Location is great. Hotel was responsive and acknowledged our request for a crib which was appreciated. The crib is really clean, room is clean too. Big enough a space for our children to run around. There was some milk in the fridge as well so our little ones enjoyed it. Good options of entertainment with youtube and netflix available. Great that there's a washing machine and dryer but the room closes at 9pm so we had a bit of an issue with the clothes not yet being fully dry. Appreciated the hotel making an exception for us to use a little longer past 9pm. The timing seems to be set in order to ensure less noise for people staying near the laundry room.

Not the hotel's fault, just hoped this was stated in the description for us to reach out if arriving late. Luckily someone from the office passed by as we arrived late and there's usually no one at the check-in counter from 5pm onwards. The person who came by helped to open the locker where the key was placed. Appreciate the arrangement to have the key in the locker for collection and sending the note but mobile data was patchy and so we didn't see the note to look into the locker until we got in and got wifi.

Convenient location in Busselton, clean and comfortable rooms, lots of amenities (toaster, kettle, fridge, cutlery, glasses and dishwashing items)

It's a bit hard to turn out of the driveway but to be expected since the property is on a main road! If the entry on the side street was available for public use this would have been handy.

Given that there is cutlery and plates etc. we really need tea towels or at least something to clean dishes with. Also I get ghee is no room servicing but spare bin bags would be great. I’m not having a whinge, I just thought you might appreciate the feedback 😊

Busselton motel far exceeded my expectation, the rooms were very clean and well looked after. For me the stand out was the lovely lady at the reception working on Saturday 26th of January. I wish I had gotten her name because she was so incredibly welcoming and gave great directions for how we could get to a wedding.
