The Seven Skies is a super hotel. The staff very friendly and extremely helpful. When we had to leave for our safari they made my wife and I two huge breakfast boxes. They also safely looked after our two large bags whilst we were away. The hotel is very close to the bus stand and bustling markets. The rooms are large with air conditioning and included a kitchen with sink and a fridge. The room was very clean and made up each day. The bathroom was a good size with a proper shower cubical with plenty of hot water. A good breakfast provided and the waiting staff were very helpful. The restaurant is open 24/7 and has a good varied menu. My wife and I could find no fault and spent four nights at the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff, they even upgraded our room for free. Location is in a centre, so be cautious about locals around (generally safe, but could be a bit uncomfortable walking outside, for us it was okay though during the day). Property is a bit outdated, but for the money it’s very good, especially if it’s a short stay.

This hotel was surprisingly good, I did not aspect much after staying in Moshi for few days. The hotel located in a very busy area, I stayed during the weekend and there are lots of night life nearby. My rooms was located it on 7th floor therefore noisy was not an issue for me and I also have a big view of Kilimanjaro!!! Room was clean, I believe it was newly refurnish. Air condition was strong and bed was comfortable. The down side was breakfast, not a lot to choose from but it was tasty and fresh.

They have a restaurant. We had dinner the night of our stay. The night food took forever to get. When we did I had to send mine back as it was inedible. I ordered something else and that was edible but not good. The morning breakfast buffet was much better. The service was fine.

The Hotel staff was awesome. Clean and the food was so delicious. We even got an upgrade from a standard room to an executive one! Seven Skies made my stay in Arusha! Additionally, I got a complementary cake for my birthday! I totally had an awesome time.

Central location. Very clean and staff extremely helpful. Breakfast OK. Huge room!

Shower head needed sorting out. WiFi in our room didn’t work near the bed! Can be noisy in the evening because of location, but didn’t bother us.

The location is great, staff are so friendly and accomodating, food is good, I had a dry pleasant stay and highly recommend this hotel

AC was intermittently working but room temp was ok regardless. Shower drain was clogged and would pool before taking a while to drain.

Everything! The room was large and clean. The restaurant was very good and all of the staff were fabulous!! They helped me with a difficult situation for which I am so grateful!!!

Toilet's lighting (that lamp in the toilet using a presence detector is a very bad idea as you need to make recurrents gestures for the light to remains available) and odors.
