Perfect location for us, right on the lovely sandy beach with a shaded seating area with bar and pizza oven where the dress code is swimwear and shorts. Lots of communal areas and seating with air con. Breakfast and dinner were great. We had a balcony sea view room which was really lovely, spacious and had everything we needed. Nice hotel restaurant, friendly staff, walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants and a Tesco local next door. just what we booked for.
nothing really for us.. its a great hotel, the shower was a little under-powered but ok for a few days.

Its prime location and the seaside and holiday atmosphere are major reasons why we stay there and we will return annually. Our room with a sea view were excellent. We were greeted upon arrival by welcoming and friendly reception staff. The young waiters were attentive, friendly and efficient and served us well at breakfast and during the 3 evenings we dined in the Amalfi Restaurant, which I do recommend. It has an Italian menu, which suited us and Carlos, the chef, served up hot and tasty meals that fully met our needs. Finally, I must mention the cleaning staff, who were excellent and their attention to detail was commendable.
There are some parts of the hotel, which would benefit from updating, though this is a minor point, when considering the overall appearance and amenities offered. The only area that needs attention, are the back stairs from the 3rd Floor (left of Room 306) which led down to the swimming pool and outside. The smell is musty and would benefit from ventilation and perhaps new carpets. Drinks are overly expensive and £4,50 for a bottle of water is excessive.

The room was bigger than we thought and, as there is water on both sides, you will have always a sea view :D We really liked the quick access to the beach and the options between two restaurants on site.
The windows could not be opened much and as the sun was shining a lot, it got quite hot in the room (no air conditioninig either as the hotel is fairly old). The breakfast on our first day was super busy, it was loud and the buffet was almost empty. On the second day we got up earlier to have a better experience and it was much calmer, also there was plenty of food, so we recommend going for breakfast early.

The location is perfect, right on the beach one side and the harbour on the other. Breakfast was lovely, option for fresh eggs cooked to order is a nice touch. Plenty of choice, both hot and cold options. The room size and view were both great. Freshly made pizza on the terrace was amazing. The staff are all so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We were greeted on arrival by Rad. Rad made us feel at home, explained everything, for example, where our room was located, where breakfast is served, where to get coffee, a beer and a snack, where to eat in the evening… the information he provided was so thorough and all with a smile! The hotel was lovely and quiet, no noise from neighbours or outside at anytime during our stay.
The room was a little dated which was a shame considering the price. The rooms are a little pricey, however, the location and view are worth the extra. The rooms do not have air-con, and this was noticeable as the days were hot for our stay. A fan is available on request, however, this is subject to availability, so not guaranteed.

Easy access to the beach. Great outdoor terrace and bar. Friendly staff. Car park included. Breakfast good. Buffet style. Hit and cold choices. Very good. Comfortable modern lounge. Good on site casual Italian restaurant serving very good food. Recommend the food. Lovely staff. Large comfortable room with 2 armchairs. His and hers basins. Very quiet room. Booked early so got a Good price. Would stay again.
No woman’s toilets on ground floor. Lift or stair access. Only 2 disabled bays. Need more. However manager gave permission for us to take 2 spaces because no disabled bay available and wide wedding car which was very accommodating. Mattress very thin for 2 people. Not so good. A Shame because room and bathroom good otherwise. Corridors a bit dated.

The overall stay exceeded our expectations being located on the beach and having fabulous weather enhanced our stay and enabled us to immediately relax. All of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful we stayed for 3 nights and interacted with many employees all of whom made us feel incredibly looked after. The hotel is of an age and could do with modifications and a bit of love but this didn’t effect our stay and we left feeling refreshed and keen to rebook.
We were experiencing a heatwave and there was no aircon, we requested a fan and this helped us to sleep more comfortably.

Location and quality of the property was excellent. The room was immaculate with a sea view balcony with the ability to wake up and see the sea from the bed. The staff were all well mannered and helpful with a smile which always helps.
So on arrival we looked to book an additional night and upgrade one of the rooms. The upgrade was completed and the receptionist advices the additional night was in the system. On original end date we enquired about a further night only to discover the initial additional night was not on the system and we needed to check out that day. After going thru the figures it becomes apparent that the amount paid was for the original booked stay plus upgrade. The gentleman on reception tried to find a solution but was unable to due to it being excellent weather and just before bank holiday so we had to check out. This was the only blemish on a lovely stay.

RODICK - reception manager gave us a very warm and informative welcome. Plenty of parking and free. Large spacious rooms. Hotel tired in parts but rest of stay made up for this. Friendly staff. Nice beachfront bar seating area. Really good breakfast. Checkout at 11am (Sunday) but able leave car at hotel till 2pm and go for a walk to Lilliput area. Would recommend and book again.
Slightly tired furniture in room but good sea view and very spacious with lots of storage. Curtains are not good at keeping out light so bring an eye mask! Indoor Pool area looked small and dark - so we swerved it!

The hotel is in a great location for access to the beach and harbour. Plenty of car parking when we visited and the hotel is generous with being able to use it for free longer than your stay. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive with good quality ingredients (bread, fruit, pastries, yogurt and cooked food were all much better that in many hotels). Staff were all very happy and helpful.
It's an old hotel and it's definitely not the prettiest outside and must be a maintenance nightmare - that did not diminish our enjoyment of our short break in any way. (Inside is in good decorative order ) I was disappointed that there were no tins of Tuna for breakfast - sorry I had to say that!!
