The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It looked like it had been updated. Very smart reception.The staff were pleasant. The restaurant was spacious and you had a choice of sitting inside or out.lThere was gave a good choice on the menu. The room was large and lovely modern ensuite, separate wc.Also tea and coffee making facilities which you don't often have in French hotels.

No fault of the hotel, but we had a floor above us, and we could hear the children running around . Possibly if it could be sound proofed, but not sure that is possible.

It's a perfect place to stop for an overnight stay on our journey to the Alps. We were surprised to find it so nice in the middle of a retail/industrial area and close to a small airport. We were travelling with our dog, and the large garden was great for him. We arrived at 5pm and spent a couple of hours sitting/ sunbathing in the garden and having a dip in the small pool. Dinner on the terrace was a lovely experience. The food was really good! The staff were nice. Several English families were staying, and some friendly French people who were happy to let me practice my conversational skills, haha! The room was larger than expected, nicely decorated, and well equipped. We didn't have breakfast as we wanted to explore Troyes City before our onward journey. 15 mins drive. Search for Catheral Parking. You can just park on the street with a parking meter. 3€ for more than 3 hours parking

Just a slightly hard bed. But maybe that's my personal preference. It was larger than average.

The Campanile was well presented and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and there’s a nice outdoor area to sit when the weather’s warm. It also has the added bonus of things for the kids to do such as table tennis, table football, pétanque and a playground for our youngest son. The rooms were spacious and the food and drink delicious and good value for money

While we were pleased to have adjoining rooms, we were a little overlooked being on the ground floor when people were sat outside so had a close the curtains on a couple of occasions. There was also a faint drain like smell coming from one of the bathrooms but we overlooked this as we were only staying one night

This is a very good hotel we like it, the room is spacious and the bed very comfortable, we ate in the restaurant and had an excellent meal that was very good value for money.

When we arrived the room allocated had not been prepared by housekeeping, the second room didn't have a walk in shower that we had requested but the third room was fine, except housekeeping had left a dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door! So in my opinion housekeeping need to up their game because otherwise they are letting down a very good hotel.

The hotel is easy to find and great for pet owners since there's plenty of greenery around the facility where the dog can exercise. The room was quiet and well-equipped with a cafe machine and kettle. I particularly appreciated the presence of decaf coffee. The staff was friendly.

Just some details like the sealant inside the shower that was a bit dated as was the toilet. I didn't find indications of a wifi network and password on the room keycard but there is a dedicated PC in the lobby in case you need to surf the web from a non-mobile device.

Great location, easy to find off the motorway, nice and quiet. Car park secure. The food in the restaurant at dinner was very nice and the staff were so friendly. The main areas were nicely done, very modern. The bedroom was nice and clean, seemed like a new bathroom. Breakfast was good, they had a pancake maker, a hit with our daughter. Only one tiny negative, the scrambled eggs were stone cold, and they'd just been put out. The rest of the breakfast on offer was very nice. Will definitely stay again for our night stops travelling to the south or mountains and back.

Dinner was very tasty and the serving staff were efficient and friendly. We were delighted to have a bath before bed, and we slept well in comfortable bed with no noise disturbance from outside or inside the hotel. Breakfast was very good.

We thought about a swim c7pm but the pool is right next to the outside dining area so we would have felt exposed and overlooked and, moreover, there seemed to be no rails to help get in and out of the pool.

Bed was comfortable. Showers good. Plenty of free parking on site. Troyes is an ideal half way stop for journey to south of France.

Quite a noisy hotel, due to being busy/start of summer holidays. And popular night stop over for people travelling through. We had a bad experience eating in their restaurent, burgers luke warm and soggy fries, no salad. However, we were super hungry so we ate it anyway. But perhaps we were just unlucky.

Another stay here on our way down south. Staff really helpful and rooms clean and comfortable. The bar was also the reception area but this was no trouble as you just ordered what you want and they brought it over. The restaurant was great as was the food and breakfast was the same. Good selection of hot and cold foods. Pool area was fantastic and no problems there. All in all another great stop over foe a night and can highly recommend it. If you did want to drive to Troyes it is not thar far at all and lovely places to eat in the old town

Used the hotel as a stopover point on the way back from the Alps for a family of 4 (x2 adults and x2 young children). Location is on a retail park by the local air strip which is fine as it gives options for supermarket and fuel. The facilities were good and there was enough space for young children to run around.

x2 double bed room could have been a touch bigger as we had a cot as well. The view was of the room - can't complain we weren't there for that! I imagine a room at the back of the hotel looking at the grass air strip would have been nicer!
