The property was beautifully and authentically decorated.

I didn’t feel that some of my concerns were taken seriously. There was a homeless man sleeping on the roof top of the building next to the hotel every night with complete view of my room. I reported the incident. Unfortunately nothing changed and I spent the entire week’s stay with all of the curtains completely drawn. I felt that my concern wasn’t viewed by the front desk as legitimate or valid.

The ambience of the whole hotel is wonderful, like an oasis in the city. The fact that it is in a narrow cobbled road adds to the whole drama of it. The location was brilliant in terms of going around the souks. Being near the Kasbah square, meant you were not far from a busy area to get taxis. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the tray of dates/oranges/clementines every evening were lovely. The bathroom was luxuriously appointed. Staff were all helpful. One evening, I needed to go to an ATM and they had their security show me where it was and accompany me. The breakfast staff were lovely.

Occasionally noisy outside very early in the morning - but you are in the middle of a city.

I loved how peaceful and quiet and clean the hotel was. In the midst of an old city, it’s tucked away in the most gorgeous streets. Such a gem of a property & I highly recommend this hotel! The suites are ultra clean and spacious! You feel like it’s your own flat. The food was delicious in both the rooftop and the traditional Tunisian cuisine downstairs! The vibes are immaculate and I can’t fault it one bit. The staff were all helpful and friendly and helped you with any needs you may have.

I couldn’t fault the property. It was perfect!!!

The hotel is a spacious riad located inside the Medina. Very beautiful and new (in contrast to other hotels we saw sight seeing). The room is excellent, w/ a big bedroom and living room, with a spacious bathroom and separate toilet. Fruits and nuts were awaiting for us upon arrival. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner is great, and local food is amazing. We loved it. A fine restaurant (maybe the best in Tunis) is just across the street. The hotel is located at 5/10 minute walking from several places to visit within the Medina, including several mosques and surks.

Nothing to complain at all. We really liked everything.

An absolutely stunning and instagrammable property just a few steps from the Medina. Very spacious and beautiful suites with all the amenities and toiletries one might need. It was our anniversary and we were greeted with a bouquet of roses on our bed and also rose petals and candles around the huge bathtub. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant and the food was good though quite expensive. The Spa and Hammam were excellent - Service at the spa was great and everything was shiny, clean and upscale. A big thank you to Naoures at the Spa for a superb massage. Bed was comfortable enough but the pillows were great. Fluffy bathrobes. Great view from rooftop, close to everything.

2 small complimentary bottles of water only in the room. AC was not cooling too much but could be because of the end of the summer season. Staff was very nice but the lady who showed us the rooms seemed a little tired and unwilling to answer questions

Very happy with our stay here. The location is great - right on the edge of the Medina, so both easy to access the Medina and easy to leave the Medina. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the rooftop view was very nice. The building itself was beautiful, especially some of the rooms on the way to the elevator. We also enjoyed the restaurant, which was on the expensive side but offered a good menu and atmosphere. Everyone on staff was very kind and helpful.

The only trivial thing was the restaurant played the same music over and over from two playlists and it was quite loud in the afternoon/evening until 10. Everything else was gerat.

In the Old Quarter . Just a few steps away from the covered bazaar..a small but extremely lively local market. The best part of the stay is the rooftop bar and restaurant with beautiful sunsets and good mix of travelers and local alike. The management was quick to respond to a few miscommunications due to my poor grasp of French but was extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and would enjoy a future stay as well

The spa would not be up to the level of the hotel other facilities but can improve with time and experience

Beautiful facilities, lovely art on the wall, perfect location, very helpful staff, especially the concierges. Don’t compare it to the resorts in Hammamet. If resorts are your vibe you may be disappointed. If you want a beautiful space that integrates traditional architecture and decor with modern facilities, right in the Medina, then this place is great.

OMG the Muzak! Lousy arrangements of American pop tunes played constantly in the public spaces, in a loop so short we could start predicting the next song. It was horrible on the ears. Please, please turn it off or at least switch to something Tunisian, or western classical, or at least wordless. We stayed there twice. Both times the music brought us to tears. The first time, tears of agony. The second time, tears of laughter, it was so ridiculous. I would say the spa is Meh, not good value. Find something local instead. Similarly, the food was sometimes quite good, sometimes inedible. Very hot and miss. We only ate there on transition days for efficiency. Breakfast is fine and varied, but dinner is a miss.

This is a beautiful, luxury hotel just inside the medina in Tunis. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. We loved the fresh fruit delivered every night, and the view from breakfast on the rooftop. We would take a dip in the small but beautifully designed rooftop pool every afternoon after exploring the city. It’s expensive for the area, but the rooms are worth it.

The food on site was very very expensive. This is fine — it’s a luxury hotel. But we chose to eat meals other than breakfast elsewhere nearby.
