i liked the fact that there was a minibar and milk and snacks if I needed them plus real coffee and coffee pot. Bed was great and so clean and comfy. Although many would think the whole place was really very nineties and needed an upgrade because all the creature comforts were met I was very appreciative as I arrived late and it was dark and the motel room was inviting.

There was no outside light to signify it was open because of daylight saving changes and lighting automated. This made it difficult to find.

I didn't have breakfast from the facility. I liked the cleanliness, detailed neatness and the staff member as reception who was courteous

The staff needed to place the outdoor chairs gently at an angle to the outdoor table. The four chairs were flipped with force to make a loud slapping sound that I heard from within my room. I thought at the time that someone in the room next door was destroying property but in the morning when I packed my car, I saw the seatinv furniture and realised what had happened.

The price of the room was amazing. You set yourself up for cheap and walk in the door and get blown away. It was clean, fresh, smelt nice, stocked minibar at a good price. A great experience friendly staff and a good QUIET nights rest.

Nothing to dislike.

Close to shops and dining. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, with excellent inclusions for the price. Great value at a very reasonably priced property.

A little tight getting out of shower due to bathroom door.

King room has a smart tv , big towels and a sofa . TV is a low quality smart tv but gets the job done . New owners from overseas are lovely and welcoming & highly accommodating! Have stayed here for 15 + years since David & Karen owned it . Great place .

Beds are the only downfall really . Very firm and springy .

Was pleasantly surprised! Location was handy for a quick nights stop over. Room was really clean and comfortable, spacious and had more amenities than other motor inns like a fridge and a microwave, split system, working TV, clean and comfy toilets. For the size of the room it had everything you needed and more! The people who helped check us in were extremely helpful. We had a ute full of camping gear and asked if they'd mind sharing their undercover carport space while we tarped our gear up- they were even willing to move their own car for us which was unnecessary, but so thoughtful! And they'd only been working there 3 days. Great service!

Clean room ,good shower ,peaceful and quiet and staffs are great.

Air con is behind TV so the heat not flow to bed (room 11) ,need more fresh air for bathroom (couldnt open window) just 2 things I didn't like

The manager ensured that we had access to the room despite arriving later than we anticipated. We booked late in the day, they had one room left, and it suited us very well. Manager was lovely.

Parking is tight, but you have an allocated space right in front of your room. It was very quiet there.

Friendly, helpful staff. Always clean, tidy and comfy. Sufficient supply of coffee, tea etc. Shops, river and club/restaurant within walking distance. Will be staying again in the future.

Being charged twice, innocent mistake made by new staff, management know, waiting to be refunded.

The bed and pillows were wonderful. The food at the pizzeria next door was excellent.

The heater took a bit long to warm the room but, in fairness, we checked in fairly late in the day on a rainy and cold day.
