I liked how convenient the rooms were to the location of everything,I liked how friendly the people and staff were. I liked the choice of food ,(pizza was very nice ). The atmosphere was great .

I was disappointed in the room as I paid for the queen room and it was just a small one room box,but it didn’t even have a sink only in the bathroom,so I had to fill the kettle up by one glass at a time to boil the jug , unfortunately the bathroom smelt like sewerage,but I’m putting that down to the floods, there was not even 1 plate ,the coffee was stale ,the outside light shone through the bathroom all night, the room was very small ,exspensive for what it was.no microwave, freezer was frozen over .The access to food was closed by 9pm ,to early for a Friday night especially when the place is so busy.

There was a pool which we had to ourselves, this was a bonus. Rooms were clean, had a TV and fridge. Free WiFi. The motel is a great location 30 mins to Nelson Bay and 20 mins to the reef shark encounter, which was the main reason we went. It has a woolworths and chemist next door which was convenient The bull and bush have a bistro opposite the rooms which became quite handy for dinner. We ordered from the pizza bar which located outside.

We got a family room, 2 adults and 2 kids. Next time I'll get 2 rooms as it was tight with us all. Check-in is done inside at the bar of the Bull and Bush There was no breakfast but not an issue as there are cafes around. It was a basic accommodation, it is what we needed as we were there for 2 nights only and other accommodation around Port Stephen's were expensive. We went in school holiday period

The Hotel is very close to the local shopping centre and food outlets. The food we had at the Hotel was very nice and it was very popular with the locals. It is semi-rural and a great place to take a break. The room was clean, comfortable with nice cups and glasses provided with the tea-making facilities and a bar fridge. We were grateful that the air conditioner worked well as it was quite cold during our stay. Extra blankets were provided in the cupboard.

There were some problems with the hot water for the shower on a couple of days but otherwise it was nice and hot with goood water pressure. It was noisy on the Saturday night but it was great to see that that it is a popular location.

Convenince for our needs.

When I checked in the hotel and went into the room just after 6.00pm the wrong room was allocated as I booked a room with 3 adults me, my brother and my mother and my room was confirmed on Booking.com as 1 double bed and a single bed and my room only had a double bed and as they were fully booked we had to wait around 1 hour for the hotel management to get another single bed into the room from another room but the staff were really efficient and keeping us informed all the way which I commended but we were still inconvenced and the hotel gave us a round of drinks for the inconvenience but informed us that Booking.com allocates the rooms on Booking?

Very convenient if travelling locally by car after arriving or departing the Newcastle area by plane. Very good hotel room in safe area. Parking was good too. Access to the facilities for dinning and refreshments were a bonus.

The air conditioner/heater unit outside the room was a tiny bit noisy but offset by the quick staff response to sort out the TV remote.

The accommodation is a little tired, but quite adequate. Being located close to restaurants, bakeries and take-away outlets made it very convenient for us. Parking was very close to our room, and although the nearby pub was a hive of activity we were not disturbed by noise at all. The pool area seemed to be well maintained and provided considerable privacy from passing pedestrians and traffic. It is also fairly close to the airport.

Car backing up to park at hotel front door is big tick makes unloading and loading luggage’s or stuff in and out of car . Pub dinner is on short walking distance and shops is all close by also it quiet area which is so nice . I will come back again .

The Shower silicone on floor had mould in it but other that the rest of hotel is cleaned .

The location was great, with several food options available, including great meals at the Bull and Bush. The room was very clean and comfortable

Nothing was wrong with the accommodation it was just unfortunate that the night we were there was a massive storm that took out the power for the whole area. So we left earlier than we expected the following morning to get some breakfast.

The location was super convenient! Staff are very helpful and friendly! Super nice restaurant! We love all the food there!

The blanket are not very kids friendly. It's not properly fit in the cover sheet, kinda loose. So when kids sleep, they kick a lot, the blanket is easily got separate from the cover sheet, and it feels itchy.

This is the second time we have stayed there. It is very convenient and close to everything. It was very comfortable.

The air-conditioning was playing up. They got it turned on, but then we couldn't turn it off
