After booking through booking.com, we had confirmation within 5 minutes when we arrived at 7.30 to find our key and a map to our accommodation. When we got to it we'd found everything to be very neat and ti. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were second to none. My partner and I got great sleep as there was no freeway noise Which was surprising as we were very close to the Pacific Highway. In the morning, before leaving, one of the staff members greeted us before leaving overall a great stay.my partner has created a reel for Facebook she was very impressed.

We recently stayed at the Australian Motor Home Tourist Park and had a pleasant experience. Primarily a caravan park, it also offers a few cabins at very affordable rates. Despite its proximity to the highway, the park is surprisingly quiet as most accommodations are set further back on the property. The park has a charming natural vibe with a couple of lovely ponds, making it a great spot for a stopover while travelling up or down the highway. We chose it as a base for visiting Port Stephens, and found it to be a much cheaper alternative without being too far of a drive. Our room was nice, with many fittings and amenities recently updated. Although we didn't use any of the common shared facilities, the park overall is well-maintained. Overall, we found it to be a good value for money and would recommend it for anyone looking for a budget-friendly stopover or a base for exploring the area.

The shower didn't have a soap holder, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Additionally, the power points in the bedroom were not in the ideal location. However, these were just minor inconveniences considering the affordable rate we paid.

Cabin was a great size with a bedroom either end and a kitchen living in between. TV in all 3 rooms. Camp kitchen although we didn’t use it was huge more of an old Cabin inside and out had plenty of outdoor seating. BBQ’s a bit old but a nice fire place which again we didn’t use. We did sit by the lake in the afternoon and enjoyed the sunset. Would definitely stay again. Thanks to Sharon she was great.

No shower caddy but if people keep stealing them I understand the frustration of having to replace them

Location was way better. Nice and peaceful

Written boards for activities would have been better. Like camping site, bbq site. In map it was mentioned though. On top of that, we asked permission for bbq and we did. But there was no light. We dont know where’s switch. And camping kitchen was very very dirty. Looks noone uses it and noone cleans it. That light could have made our night even better. And have someone to assist on chat, so any problem gets fixed. To call someone after 6 is not a good idea in Australia!!!

It was a great setup with separate small lounge and kitchen which you don’t get if you stay at a motel, this is handy if one of you wants to go to bed earlier. Location was great if your travelling up or back from Melbourne, not sure if there’s much to do around there but we just wanted a bed for the night and were very happy with it

We weren’t there long enough to fing anything to really criticise I suppose there would be things that other people wouldn’t like about the place but you get what you pay for and we thought it was great value

Wow. We absolutely loved our stay. Although only a 1 night stop over, we couldn't have asked for more value for money. We stayed in the deluxe family suite - and wow. It was huge and perfect for the family. One great size master bedroom with tv, a smaller bedroom with a single bed ( which we placed our porta cot in for the 2yr old) and then a massive room off the kitchen/ dining with another 3 single beds for our three older children. There was also a humongous lounge room area, with huge TV and 2 x lounges that both pulled out to be sofa beds. Massive amount of windows and glass sliding doors - meant the kids could look out onto the dam of water right outside - hoping to spot turtles, ducks and birds. Could easily fit 10 people in this accommodation, and everyone would have space and would not be on top of each other. Heating and cooling was sorted with multiple units installed - 1 in loungroom and one in the kitchen/ dining. This kept everyone very comfortable all night when it got a little chilly. Full sized kitchen and great family sized table and chairs, with undercover parking right at your door. Checking in couldn't have been easier, with after hours keys available at reception in the letter box , named and in an envelope ready to go. Will definitely be back.

Nothing. Our stay was perfect

Good size kitchen and living area. Kitchen well stocked with glasses, crockery etc. TV in bedroom was a bonus. Plenty of grassed areas to walk the dog.

No towels or soap were provided. I'm not sure if it was forgotten or just an optional extra. I arrived shortly after reception closed and there was no key for me. The onsite staff member wasn't very welcoming when she had to come and sort my booking. Shame.

The room had what it should, the shower was great, the bed comfortable, it was clean and the wide undercover veranda out front was an unexpected bonus.

I was actually thinking about staying an extra night, but the permanent resident in the block behind me started working power tools at 8 am as they were doing refurbishments. Without this interruption, I would’ve stayed a second night.

The check in was easy and staff Sharon was excellent. All amenities worked. Good shower, air con and TVs all very suitable.

Only one flat pillow per person. The blanket was thin and bed was hard. This was a pet friendly cabin so, understandably, the bare minimum was provided on bedding however there was heating available.

Clean, good 2 bedrooms cabin for family, well equipped kitchen and very friendly staff. Only 10mins to Coles/woolworths at Medowie or IGA at Karuah as well as Kaurah RSL club with a nice bistro. Late check in available, they can do place key in key box for collection, very convenient.

Everything was good , except it doesn’t have hairdryer in the cabin
