The beds were very comfortable and the room was modern, clean and nicely styled . The staff were welcoming and the restaurant food and bar was great. Bathroom was renovated and functional. A heated towel rail would have been appreciated.

The lighting in the room was nice for ambience but a bit low for functional. When I really needed a strong light over the luggage area to go through my bag it was not available. Need more of a mix of ambient and functionality. Bed side lights were good. My biggest issue was charging for parking. I paid a premium price for my 2 night stay and then was also charged $15 a night parking, particularly when it was not undercover and I was wet, wet running through a flooded are of the carpark to the foyer.

The proximity to the airport is excellent very convenient, you have service stations just on the corner so easy fill up if you have a rental car , but they charge you $15 to park in the hotel car park. The hotel restaurant food was amazing and so were all the staff I highly recommend.

Our toilet kept running all night which we told to reception at checkout that they apologised for (this is not their fault I wish more people would let staff know of issues so they can be fixed. As a business owner myself you don’t know if someone doesn’t tell you.)

I don’t believe guests should have to pay extra for parking when staying here. The room rate already covers the essentials of the stay, and parking should be considered a basic service. Charging for parking feels like an unnecessary add-on that leaves a poor impression, especially when many other places include it at no cost. Free parking should be standard for guests who are already paying to stay on the property.

Proximity to airport Restaurant and room service although a tad expensive. The Caesar salad was delicious and attractively presented. Room was comfortable and pristinely presented Staff very friendly and competent.

I knew I would have to walk to airport as you don't provide a shuttle except for air crew and in pleasant weather the distance is achievable the fumes are a little unpleasant as you get closer though. Winter months would put me off walking so I wouldn't stay and use extra money for taxi from accommodation further away. I would stay with you all year round if u provided a shuttle and as u already do for aircrew I'm sure incorporating other customers would benefit your hotel.

Convenient location next to the airport. Clean, modern looking hotel. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

The TV didn't work in the first room, but the staff were prompt to move us to the next room. No biscuits for tea and coffee - that was disappointing. The bathroom is very modern, but the shower heads floods the bathroom. You couldn't angle the shower head further down.

Rooms very comfortable and a great location for us to meet friends who lived in Fern Bay

I felt to charge an additional fee to park your car of $15 per night in a car park out in the open and with no security was a little rude. We were waiting to be collected on Thursday morning in the reception and there were very large dead flies over the floor when we arrived back at 4pm they were still there it did not look good

The room was very neat, tidy and clean. The bar and restaurant were lovely. The staff were all lovely and happy to help

The price for a standard room jumped up from $289 to $499 for no apparent reason other than their being an opportunity to take advantage of stranded travellers with no other options. The buffet breakfast at $34pp is also a bit pricey for what is actually on offer.

An issue between Booking.com information and the motel, it comes up with an option of bath or shower, booked a room with a bath, had a response from the motel saying they can accommodate this, when I arrived I found the motel doesn't have any baths. I work and unfortunately, you cannot connect via an HDMI cable to tv to create a second screen.

The food was great, the people were excellent. The tv had a great variety of channels. The showers were hot with good water flow.

Maybe I didn't put in the time for breakfast room service, I thought I did, but a 6am call to ask me was a little early. I prefer a hand held shower head. The aircon was a little noisy. The cab driver in the morning charged double the expected rate based on the cab company calculator. No pool.

The bed was fabulous and the suite was clean. I enjoyed the shower and the bathroom was spacious and clean also. The room was quiet and warm, and I slept well. I had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Both times, the service was impeccable and the food was delicious.

Nothing. I enjoyed and appreciated my stay.
