So easy. It was a last-minute booking and we arrived late. We really just needed a shower and comfy bed and we were very pleased when we arrived and saw what a nice place we'd found. (Two suggested improvements in the room: a lamp for the single bed, and removal of the two lounge chairs which take up too much space).In the morning, I had a brief stroll in the garden, which was beautiful. Really would like to spend more time there.

The road leading to the motel (a main local road) was full of nasty potholes, and it was a dark night. Not the motel's fault, and I hope the local authority takes note. Tourism. Another comment- the motel's sign is horrible and doesn't match the quality of the accommodation. It is memorable but not consistent with the brand. Maybe put it in a motel museum?

Jason who runs it I think was fantastic. Texting directly to make sure I felt at home and if I needed anything he was my man. Absolute legend. Loved the place so comfy and clean seriously bed bed I have ever slept in did not want to get out. Very close to the bowls club for dinner and a few drinks ot was too easy. Thanks again team. And Jason I really appreciated the reach out.

Cozy and modern fit out that was very clean and tidy. Great quality mattress. Blinds kept the morning light out. Bowls club next door was very convenient for an afternoon snack and dinner. Check in/out was easy and fuss free. A more personal experience than many Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at (plus no cleaning fee).

Walls were a bit thin and we could hear the neighbors having a few wind down drinks after the property “curfew” (9pm). Let management know and they were on it within minutes.

The property is immaculate from the common garden area to the rooms themselves. Recently updated, the bathroom was lovely with amazing water pressure and the hottest of hot water. Even my 6’5 hubby fit easily under the shower, which is always usually an issue. The fact that it is directly next door to Lemon Tree passage Bowling club, is an added bonus. A huge club which was ideal for a few beverages and had a fabulous meal in the bistro. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will recommend to all my family and friends!!!

The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. Location was also perfect as it's near the pier and cafes. It's also a very clean motel with great amenities - WiFi connection was excellent. But what I loved most about our stay was their personalised greeting (even though we didn't meet them in-person!). My husband and I celebrated his birthday at the Lemon Tree Passage Motel. They were so kind to give us Ferrero Rocher chocolates and a birthday card. Thank you, Jason and Lilian for a wonderful experience at the motel. We'll definitely come back and stay here again!

The accommodation is very clean, spacious, and lovely, and there are no issues with check-in or check-out. Great location. It's conveniently located near everything we've visited. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely go back and bring our families and friends, as well as maybe bring out the boat next time. The host, Jason, always communicates with us, extends assistance when needed, and is always available to help.

Perhaps you can hear noise from other rooms, but it is beyond your control.

The Motel is an exceptional gem. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. All the necessities from bathroom, kitchenette and iron and ironing board, hangers and so much more are provided and everything was thoughtfully planned. Loved the out door space behind the room where you can sit and relax too. Jason was friendly and very nice and made the check in so seamless that we just made the payment through phone and just walked into the rooms. Truly amazing place and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a memorable experience.

Lack of a pool. It would have been nice to have a swim. Need a designated smoking area away from directly outside rooms. Was woken a number of times through the night due to smell of cigarettes from the neighbour

A fantastic motel in lemon tree passage with very comfy beds & very clean rooms. The motel manager is there to help you with anything you need. It's a classic motel, where you can park your car in front of your room & everything in town is easily accessible. You're just down the road from the water, where there are BBQs for use, power & undercover tables.I Highly recommend.

Communication prior to booking was exceptional. The room was clean with all working facilities. Great location and very easy check in and check out process. It is rare to have motels allow parking with boat trailers which makes this motel stand out for not only being one of the better priced in the area but also one of the best if you're travelling with a boat on holiday.
