Located off-street in a quiet corner, so we had a peaceful stay. The price was good, reception was excellent. The room was larger than ave, clean, and fresh. The bed was comfortable. We ate at the adjoining Bowlo; cheap and cheerful asian-fusion club food.

Our room had a locked door to the adjoining room; its sound-proofing was minimal, so we heard our neighbor coughing and bumping around. Our sliding door was tired - it diddnt have an insect screen and only locked from the inside. Exploring through our back door revealed a much larger place than was apparent - ie there was a hotel section as well as a motel section. No problem for our stay, but it would probably be noisy when the tour-bus arrived.

We were hoping to ask for a late check out but there are no phones in the rooms to call reception & then we tried calling from our mobile, a couple of times but know one answered. We asked the cleaner in the hall & she had no 2way or phone to contact reception. Good thing it wasn’t an emergency.

Clean and comfortable. The location was a 'stones throw' from everything, and we had a very convenient car park near our entrance. The rooms were all ground level, which means no stairs, YAY! (my elderly mother was very happy about that). The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had a great stay.

Would have liked a bigger fridge so I could have a few ice cubes for my rum! ha ha

Pleasant reception. Comfortable and clean with everything we needed, provided. Food, drink and service at the Country Club were great and very convenient after a long day driving.

Paid for Spa and it didn't work. Disappointing. Reception was closed, too late to rectify. Very limited instructions in info folder

Having the country club next door was great for dinner options as I don't like having to look too hard for food. The country club also offered lots of entertainment over the weekend we were there. The staff at the motel looked after us very well and accommodated my room requests for my disabled son (ground level, nearby parking, room located well away from too much noise etc)

The bathroom was a bit dated, tap leaked and cracked tiles, but it was VERY CLEAN.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our queen rooms were comfortable and close to the amazing country club. A beautiful smorgasbord meal,the staff at the club were very friendly and helpful. Yes we will visit both motel and the country club again. Thankyou for a very memorable time.

Well priced for the facilities on offer. Immediate check in on arrival. In a quiet, leafy location with food and drinks available next door at the Services Club. Walking distance to the centre of town.

No direct access from the car to the room on arrival. From an internal corridor via a keyed entry door, the front sliding door can be unlocked from inside the room. Other than that, there were no issues.

Clean Tidy Rooms, Comfortable Beds and well appointed with Tea & Coffee making facilities, Microwave Oven. Quiet Location with Country Club adjoining. Managers were both very accommodating and shared all the local information required for an enjoyable weekend.

Leaving

The manager on duty during our stay was absolutely lovely. We didn't catch his name but we dubbed him Mr Coconut. He was more than accommodating, even had a chat with us after his shift at the local club.

The Only thing I would suggest is for the cleaners to pay a little more attention to the smaller details when dusting, being a hotel cleaner myself there were a few things that should have been done that definitely had not been for a while.

Since I was last there the new managers have upped the game and have done a great job... a few niggly things but they sorted it out immediately ... the bathroom is getting old but it's super clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed, facilities are great and no complaints this time ...
