Café area was spacious.

Some sort of animosity between accommodation and the restaurant. Guests forced to walk the long way in the rain to get to cafe and restaurant. It was just crazy animosity. Café staff were not on the ball at all! I had to go back to the counter and remind them about the flat white coffee I had already paid for. Just as well I wasn't in a hurry! Somebody took my money then promptly forgot about me! No system. Just crazy!

The deluxe double room was spacious - more like a one bedroom apartment. Bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, shampoo etc provided, good size TV capable of streaming Netflix etc. Great location, close to event we were competing in, super close to the beach.

Coffee brand was horrible and tiny little milks - there are much better options available. Hard to get to power points in the bedroom to charge mobiles. Very small shower/bathroom space.

Requested a room we've stayed in before. Not only did I get a confirmation email, but a call to confirm. Great customer service before, during and on departure. Thanks to Adrian & Josh in particular. Great priced accommodation, clean room, quiet location close to everything.

Carpet in the room is old and could do with an overhaul (no smell though). Couldn't open the window due to locks (welcome to Australian laws) so didn't enjoy the beautiful fresh ocean breeze. Building externally is looking tired, but I'm really just being picky.

Great location, close to the beach. We had a room with a hot tub and that was awesome.

Only downside was that the disappointing food at the restaurant. Expecting better quality and flavour. The pictures were misleading. Not many food options in this area. Second aspect was the walking trail along the beach could not be completed due to the amount of seaweed washed up on the beach and the smell of dead animals.

Great location. Easy parking. Restaurant right next door. Thankful I had a ground floor unit.

There was no window in my room so very dark. The bathroom sink design was so high that I couldn’t clean my teeth with standing on a chair. My room was next to where the staff sit outside and smoke continuously.

Josh is an absolute delight to deal with, friendly, professional and so very helpful. He makes staying at Oceanside a pleasure. The pool was great, my grandson enjoyed himself immensely.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable but other than that, the hotel was great. A fantastic location, within walking distance of the beach and the park across the road. Families will love it😁

We needed to stay an extra day when I had travelled to conduct a wedding ceremony and it was so easy to book and stay there - the staff were very friendly and we were made to feel extremely welcome. Location was amazing too! Food & drinks downstairs & so close to the beach - we will come again!

We loved the room, pool, being so close to everything and the pub. The receptionist was so lovely

The maintenance man made us feel unwelcome as he thought we were kids not staying at the hotel and sneaking into the pool. I completely understand how frustrating it must be having people sneak in. It would of been nice if he approached us a little nicer.

Room was huge. Beds comfy. Pool was great. Short walk to the beach. Easy to eat at the restaurant next door.

Blind was broken in main bedroom, so it was super bright at 6am. Not the end of the world, but annoying. Spider living in bathroom window, shower head kept dropping.

Great location. Easy walking distance to main beach, shops, golf club and very convenient to Benchmark bar and restuarant The rooms are clean and comfortable. This is our 2nd stay and the rooms look like they have been updated since our last stay Loved the pool and spa area as well as the BBQ facilities
