This is a beautiful hotel, very stylish and quiet in a great location. Loved waking to the sound of birdsong early on a summer’s morning. The lounge is very peaceful and a comfortable space to relax in. Staff are friendly and were very helpful with an early check-in so we could change before our event in central Manchester. Also loved being able to park at the property.

It was hot weather for our visit - admittedly unusual for Manchester! However, our room was very warm and it was too hot to sleep. We would have benefitted from a fan but as we were only staying for one night and got back to the hotel late at night we weren’t able to enquire if there was one we could use for a subsequent night’s stay.

Receptionists were excellent and it was very convenient. I felt confident that there would always be someone available to let me in whatever time I returned to the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty, great choice and served promptly. I found the room to be comfortable and attractive and the coffee/tea making facilities to be excellent.

It was all really excellent. At Eleven Didsbury Park there was a large party going on which made it slightly difficult to access the corridor my room was situated in at times because people were sitting in the way of the door to my corridor in the dining area for part of the time I was there. This wasn't really a problem but I felt a bit awkward having to ask the party of guests to move.

The location was perfect, in a lovely residential street, but moments away from the Didsbury nightlife and a pleasant stroll to Fletcher Moss park and gardens. Our room and ensuite were luxurious, with high quality bed linen, towels and toiletries. The mini bar was well stocked, though we only used the fresh milk in there for our morning drink. A nice touch, rather than UHT milk. The staff we met were all welcoming and we are already booked to stay again in a few weeks time.

The only slight niggles, were that the parking was limited and whilst we managed to get the last space, my husband, the driver, had to climb out of the passenger side of the car. The other unusual feature, was no window dressing in the bathroom, which we were a little uncomfortable with, which was a shame as the bathroom itself was absolutely stunning, with an enormous walk in shower and roll top bath.

We were there just a short time due to attending a party nearby. However, we experience a really nice short stay! The hotel including the room are tastefully decorated, with lots of nice attention to detail. Large comfy bed, super nice bedlinen and towels and gorgeous toiletries! We had a small ground floor room, with no view which didn't matter on a short stay. We enjoyed a good breakfast served in a really nice room over looking a well maintained garden. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff throughout. Would we stay again, yes we would!

Perhaps a privacy window covering would be nice, so that occupants of those rooms can get undressed in daylight without the feeling of being seen or having to draw the curtains but that's just a minor detail.

This was our 6th visit to the hotel and we loved our whole stay as always. Natalia gave the warmest of welcomes, and like all the team at ‘Eleven DP’ she was kind, friendly and very helpful. Everyone seems happy to go above and beyond in an effort to enhance one’s stay, it’s a joyful place. Superbly and tastefully decorated, whilst maintaining comfort and a relaxed ambiance, this is the perfect haven in Didsbury! We were fortunate enough to be gifted an upgrade this stay and enjoyed the most wonderful, spacious and incredibly comfortable ‘garden room’.. what an absolute treat! Thank you to Natalia, Sadie & all the team, it was a pleasure to stay with you and look forward to returning at the end of the month.

Room was nicely furnished, shower was big enough not to bang my elbows against the wall!

Room had no windows, only Velux-type skylights. Main room light did not work so the only room lighting was bedside lights. Bed was big but neither my wife nor I had a good nights' sleep: I found it too soft, but my wife felt it was too hard! Had 2 dinners and one breakfast at the property: we found the food to be less than hot when served and it got cold very quickly, but we found out later that the food is made in the kitchen of an adjacent property! Had we known that, we would probably have used Deliveroo! The coffee was from a machine and it was lukewarm from the get-go and not enjoyable.

We love staying at Eleven Didsbury Park when we are visiting relatives nearby and now only stay here or at Didsbury House Hotel. Rooms and bathroom are beautifully decorated and appointed and the beds are comfortable. Even if only a one night stay it feels like a special occasion! I particularly like that the rooms always smell amazing (not sure how they achieve that!) and the little bottle of fresh milk in the mini fridge in the room, as a prolific tea drinker this makes all the difference for me!!

Beautiful Victorian hotel situated close to Didsbury village. Our room was a ‘standard’ room. Beautifully decorated with excellent facilities. The weather was freezing, but the room was so cozy and homely; very snug! Breakfast was perfectly cooked, presented and well worth the price. It was one of the best omelettes I have ever had; the food tasted like the chef really cared about everything. The staff were lovely (big shout out to Nicole). Nothing was too much bother. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

Nothing to not like !

Very nicely appointed hotel with wonderful staff. We enjoyed a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was quite small but very nicely decorated and equipped with everything we could want. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean with an excellent shower. The room would not have been appropriate for someone with even limited mobility, however, as it was up some steep steps with a very high step into the shower itself, so be sure to make this clear when booking.

Nothing to dislike except perhaps the actual size of the room.

The staff were very welcoming and the lounge was lovely for a nightcap. The garden looked lovely too but the weather was cold and wet when we were there. Lovely decor and furnishings. And it's in a great location close to parks and to Didsbury Village where there are lots of nice cafés

Our room was quite compact and we had to turn off the towel rail in the bathroom and keep the window wide open to avoid overheating. I was also quite aware of people walking past our room and above us in the night. Overall I prefer their sister hotel the Didsbury House.
