One of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The team at One2Seven went out of their way to make our anniversary feel special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The facilities are beautiful and impeccably maintained, the staff is warm and attentive, and the location is perfect—an easy walk to everything in Ferragudo, including the beach. The views are stunning, and thoughtful touches like the honesty bar and laundry service made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend—this place is a gem.

Absolutely nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

No breakfast requirement. Fabulous views. We used some of the numerous Basement facilities especially the table tennis. Wonderful selection of beach equipment for use. Great shower area. Staff friendly and helpful when there.

A few more kitchen utensils would have been useful i.e. jug, small utility knife, another frying pan(one of the two provided could not be used on an induction hob) A couple of chairs to put clothes on in bedroom area we thought was needed as was more drawer space for clothes. To hire bikes would have been difficult with all the outside steps. We noticed a lift but it was out of use.

The hotel was fabulous but most of all the lady in charge (Luisa) could not have been more welcoming of helpful. We had a truly memorable time and cab't wait to go back. It's a little gem!

Nothing-everything was superb

Madeira was a lovely spacious apartment. Everything was beautifully presented, in a very zen way. The bed was so comfortable, and I loved the double sinks in the bathroom. There were many terraces to choose from, with comfortable seating. I spent some time in the library playing the guitar. The location was perfect, if stairs are not a problem. Close to the town and the beach . We will definitely be back.

EVERYTHING! Such a tranquil place right in heart of beautiful Portuguese village. Accommodation high specification, spotless, really comfortable beds, staff super friendly and welcoming, drink on arrival really nice touch, generous extras available at no extra cost, secure complex and infinity pool just lovely.

We loved our 10 day stay!! We had one of the 3 bedroom apartment/town houses for 2 adults and 3 teenage kids. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are comfy, bathrooms are modern and kitchen had everything you need for a holiday stay. Location is great, and the views are beautiful. The pool is lovely and the honesty bar is such a good idea. There is also a gym which is pretty well stocked for most fitness practices. Plus pool table and TT.

Great Aparthotel experience. Wondeful location with easy walking to the very charming Ferragudo town center. A small town with an old center and lovely walks on the river etc in close proximity to Portimao which is the second largest city in the Alrgarve so you need to Uber there if you choose. Close to big box shopping for groceies etc just 5 minutes drive also possible to walk. Overall a wonderful experience!

The accommodation has everything you might need. The location is perfect (it’s right near the old village streets, not far from the beaches and close to some excellent restaurants). The owners are very friendly and offered us some great advice about the local area and restaurant options, too. 10/10

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful. We borrowed the kayak for free and staff helped us get it onto our car for a day at the beach. Location is perfect close to some amazing restaurants.

It was a wonderful surprise of an accommodation; the reception staff, location, facilities were all over the top. Most enjoyable, and bonus points from my wife for this find.

Not sure if we misunderstood the policy regarding the use of pool towels, but while we did not keep the pool towels (we left them in the room) we used for our stay, we were charged for them at checkout. A sour note at the end given the amount charged. Also, surprised by the only cash checkout policy.
