Wry friendly and comfortable. Waitress for breakfast, Louisa, was lovely and looked after everybody. Nothing was too much trouble. Reception staff extremely helpful and made sure everyone had everything they needed.

Lovely Lithuanian lady at the reception was extremely accommodating never hesitated to ensure our stay was perfect, immaculately clean better than some hotels you'd pay a lot more for. We arrived relatively late and was served instantly and swiftly. I got a sea view room and sitting at the windows in the armchairs (Which were extremely comfy) having a drink in the morning was very pleasant.

The décor is slightly outdated but most of the hotels in this town are like this so it's nothing that will ruin your stay doesn't take away from the general comfort and cleanliness of the hotel

My room was clean, warm and comfortable... I slept really well! Plenty of hot water in the nice little en suite. The staff at The Central are lovely, especially Raimonda who gave such a warm welcome at check in, and couldn't have been any more helpful during my stay. It was a real pleasure to chat to her. Sadly, I didn't try the breakfast on offer, but I've heard it's very good and I will definitely be ordering next time. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will definitely visit again soon.

The view from room 15 at the back of the hotel, is very limited (although I did see plenty of blue sky which is always good!) so I will probably book a sea view next time I visit.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when we needed help finding a taxi The room was clean, smelled amazing and was so bright and welcoming, stunning view of the sea that we could admire on some comfortable seats by the window We stayed in 3 different hotels and this one was by far the best, the staff, scenery, room and amenities was just incredible to experience and I would absolutely come back again. 100% recommend this hotel

You do have to really push your door shut as it catches on the carpet so it won't really close fully on its own, but it's fine since you'd lock it from the inside anyway 😊

Staff are very friendly. Parking was easy. The hotel seems to be going through a bit of a refurb. The bathrooms have been upgraded to a good standard, just need to do the ceilings. Although I didn't use it, the eating area looked really nice as well as all the communal areas. VIEWS ARE FANTASTIC. The shower was also very nice, good pressure, but you fo have to turn it all the way round to get nice hot water.

Not much think this can only improve as more is done then it's just the small details. Heating was only concerned as it was only on for a short time and didn't really heat the room. Also not the hotels fault, but there had been a smoker in the room before windows were open, and it seemed like they had tried to clear the smell the best they could.

Fabulous location right opposite the beach and accessible to all the popular areas. Lovely to sit out first thing with a sea view and my coffee. The lady running the hotel is amazing! So friendly, welcoming and helpful. When I arrived she checked I was parked with no issues (I was able to park right outside although they do have a car park available if you ask). The lady checked me in and showed me the modern and easy to operate secure door, then helped me with my bags to my lovely room. I have not experienced real hospitality like that in some time and it went a long way. The room was more than adequate, warm and cozy with a comfy bed and spotlessly clean everywhere, not just in the room but throughout the establishment. Great facilities and lovely little homely touches everywhere. Lots of tasteful and comfortable seating areas downstairs. Excellent value for money breakfast, which was delicious and freshly cooked in minutes. It is clear to see that this owner is proud of her property and has upgraded what seems like the whole building in the last 12 months. Anyone staying at the Central is in for a treat, I will be booking again in summer. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome.

Just a small observation is the dining room where breakfast is served was a little on the chilly side, but I should have worn a jumper!

Room, carpark, Breakfast £10 pay at property good value always, Staff always welcoming, feel like family, excellent rooms, very clean, hospitality tray, Seaview rooms, bedding smells fresh, We go often as you can see by all my reviews, but hotel definatly worth visit you won't be disappointed. Areas of hall stairs cpt starting wear on bk steps where people obv push feet against, but has no impact on running of this lovely run hotel, that has been much improved over last few years, pictures are true representation of the Hotel, easy to reach town, 5min walk to theatre, nice stroll on prom to Pier.There is a checking in area, Bar, large lounge area, Dining room, lift to all floors, We love going, we have stayed twice already this year sometimes 1 day or 2, depends how many shows, We go every mnth, August we book 8 days Hol,but fit in lots trips throughout year and always welcomed by the amazing owners and staff

Lovely, comfortable hotel right on see front and close to shops, town amd restaurant. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Good size room with comfortable beds and tea, coffee making facilities. Clean and tidy everywhere we looked and bonus of being able to park at the back of the hotel.

Only disadvantage was that we couldn't order breakfast as kitchen was shut during our stay.. no mention of this on booking or when we checked in so rushed to get down ready for breakfast only to be told there wasn't any and we had to find somewhere else. Only 1 minor fault and would not put me off staying again

We stay at this Hotel as much as we can, especially if we have booked a show at Venyu Cymru, we stay 7 /10 days in summer, it's a great family run Hotel,and you feel like family. it has had lots improvements made throughout, since they took hotel on in 2018,obviously covid struck, and affected them being new owners, but they did there alterations to rooms, and they are of great standard, clean, comfortable, hospitality tray tea, coffee, water, milk topped up daily as required, but if you need anything nothing is to much trouble,phone in room if you require them, big TV in room which is unusul in alot places, as normally small. Bedding, is spotless, beds so comfortable, room spotless, We were in room 16 this time as I wanted try big bay window, obviously we love sea view amazing, and big comfy lounge chairs to sit in, in our bedroom. We Stayed 3nights this time, and we are back Thursday for one night as show booked, we can't wait. Breakfast is plenty, cereal, toast, fruit juice, yoghurt, full cooked, or you can pick what you want on cooked, The poached eggs are done to perfection, and fried are delicious as well. Carpark available at rear property, and entrance into hotel is there as well as front, you can park on road to, there are meters, after 4pm till 10 am parking is free. Bar & lounge areas are available, checking in is from 3pm, We are in Llandudno by 9am so we have good few hours doing what we want before check in, There is a lift available which is great, they have some ground floor rooms to, and downstairs toilet if you are at bar no need go your room. big TV in lounge /bar area if you want keep up news etc. Well worth a book, you won't be disappointed. Just waiting book for next year, 👌

Location to Theatre brilliant as we book loads shows. Rooms are excellent,we have tried a few 😂our favorite is 25 great Seaview room, 2 comfy armchairs to sit & watch the sea. Comfy beds, Clean fresh bedding,hospitality tray. Owners & Staff are lovely feel like family, They do great cooked breakfast for £10 money we'll spent,lots choices and allergies catered for. Carpark available good size, lifts to floors depending on room after lift you may need go up or down few stairs to get to your room, But room 11&12 are on level with lift so no stairs,ones double one a twin both Seaview. there are ground floor bedrooms back view, Bar great choice spirits etc , lounge has comfy chairs. Downstairs toilet off,
