Great location near Dubai Marina Mall, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Liked it, will return. Great place for staying for shorter periods of time, very well located re Metro and Tram. Environment is noisy, but this is manageable from within the room (the windows shield a lot of noise).

WiFi can be hit or miss: Worked beautifully some times, and at other times it was slow and sluggish. Location is at the highway, which can cause issues with traffic noise, but the windows shield a lot of noise on the other hand.

The location is great. It's close to the metro and the main road. It's also within walking distance to the Marina Promenade and JBR Beach. Parking is free. Taxi services also available. Staff is friendly and professional, the hotel provides everything you need. Rooms are clean, and are cleaned on your request. You're given free bottled water daily. Overall a great hotel, would definitely recommend!

Some basic items we're missing: washing detergent, salt and oil should be included within this budget if you ask me. Staff also asked us daily whether we needed a taxi - that's not necessary. You can tell your customer there is a taxi service, and keep it at that (instead of asking it everytime). Hotel is next to a busy road, it didn't bother us personally but if you're a light sleeper it could be an issue.

Location was great..near the marina and right opposite the tram and rail services. Free shuttle bus to beach and mall Staff were all so helpful and especially Fathima , ( bedroom maid) on 5th floor. Fathima was really lovely and asked me every morning if I needed anything and or if everything was OK.nothing was too much bother. Apartment was nice and clean and bed was massive. Free use of pool towels( signed out and in).

-Kitchenette a little dated and lack of utensils etc. I.e. no bowl(cereal bowl), no scissors, minimal cutlery. -Would have been nice to have been provided a starter pack for washing up.i.e. Sponge or dishcloth, teatowel, washing up liquid. Swimming pool area is a little dated, small area and not much room for sunbeds -Tried the restaurant one evening, food was ok, average, but not much choice and was almost cold and I went in first 10 mins of serving in the evening not at the end of service.iike my food hot so was disappointed.

The Staff was absolutely Polite to another level. What an amazing hospitality. At the Reception Mr Ahmed Brilliant Man Our Room Cleaning Lady Miss Mika (Such a Kind Lady so polite and cleaned our Room Top Notch everyday for Five days stay) Full Marks to the Staff Amazing big Rooms Good Views. Absolutely Amazing Location Nearby Grocery Store. pharmacy. Felt Like Home Stay Amazing Gym. Amazing Swimming Pool Lift is Slow but still worth it to stay at this Property JBR is at Walking Distance. Even the Concierge Staff was so Polite.

This is a great no frills place to stay. It has everything you need if you are just looking for somewhere to lay your hat for a few days. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed All the staff I met were very nice. Rajesh Gonela was one of the staff members that was very friendly and made me feel very welcome.

The rooms really need major renovation. Everything is dated. There are no bowls provided in the room. I called asking them to bring some up but they never came

I go to dubai for work since 4 years now, and I’ve stayed at different places in dubai, all of them practically, but this is my first time feeling myself with family, in a very clean apartment with a fantastic view, you have all facilities and transport near by, I highly recommand, had the pleasure meeting a very friendly and attentive staff, special thanks to : Shahab Udine, Amrnasef and Rajesh, and also the best chief receptionist Amdjad, Farouk and Thapa, you guys are the best! ❤️🇦🇪

The rooms are worn out, decorated in depressing colors, an old smelly washing machine (not suitable for use), a smell of damp when the air conditioning is turned on. The paint in the bathroom is peeling off the walls, grouting between the tiles was dirty,shocking but this hotel has certainly seen its best years and needs a general refresh and renovation! Dirty curtains on the windows!

They have a nice pool. They had handy parking. They also have a free shuttle service to the beach. the property is walking distance to the marina. There were shops and take aways very close by. This property was very good value for money

Probably be more accurate if it was called Sheik Zayed Road view, would need x-ray vision to see the Marina. Stayed one night for the New Year. Place is clean, quiet and very close to the Marina. Room was very comfortable with a fabulous bed. Didn't get to see the pool / gym etc, so can't comment but good gift shop and barber in the lobby. Would be happy to stay again.

Was a bit of a rip-off pricewise, but probably to be expected for New Year.
