All facilities which we need are available. The staff are energetic and friendly. Interior decor looks refreshed. Beds are comfortable and my kids like the bunk bed curtains which provide privacy. Beakfast is very good with many choices. Location is great, right in the city centre.

However, at breakfast, the plates and bowls were not properly cleaned as there were hardened bits of food stuck on them. The cups for coffee were clean though.

The room was comfortable and met our needs. There was a large bicycle storage area, and the staff were helpful when we were having issues accessing it with the keycards. There's a restaurant on site, and the breakfast buffet was good and fairly standard for France (yogurt, muesli, bread, fruit, a few pastries). There is an elevator.

If you're walking, it's a bit of a distance from the tourist attractions in the old town. With bikes, it was fine and easy to access those sites. The bike storage was a bit tricky to use.

Really friendly and helpful staff, was able to safely store my bag during the day. Shared room setup was good.

It was hot at night and the fan in my sleeping space didn't work, so didn't really sleep well. It would also be good to provide a small table space for people in the upper bunks as well as locks for the cupboards in case someone has devices and other valuables they want to keep secure. However, the other women in my room was friendly and I fully trusted them, also I stayed only one night.

Very convenient: there is a bus stop almost right in front of the hostel. Two Tram stations are also close by. The Tours Train Station lies within walking distance (approximately 12 minutes) and it took me a quarter of an hour to the Flixbus stop with my luggage.

It would be good to have a sink in the toilet, too. (Not just in the shower room)

It's really cool to have both an elevator and stairs available. In some of the hostels/hotels I've stayed, there were only elevators: stairs are only for emergency use... Only 4 beds in a room. Nice.

The bed is a bit too soft but I know it's personal preference. Some how after 8 days my skin started feeling itchy, perhaps it would be good to just place a protective layer between the sheets and the mattress?

Delightful hostel with pretty good facilities. Garden and common space was really nice. Bike storage kind of annoying to get to, but we valued the bikes were secure. Staff was lovely and location is a 30 second walk to the grocery store. Rooms were great for families and I appreciate the quiet hours were respected.

Kitchen was a bit dirty, "chill out room" was more of a furniture storage area and the bathroom in our guest room wasn't fully cleaned.

The staff was fantastic. I arrived late in the day by bicycle with an injury after falling on my way back to the hotel, and the receptionist immediately provided me with first aid supplies and ice. The staff working overnight also provided additional ice, really appreciated the exceptional service and compassion. Beyond that, the breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable plus the location was very convenient for cycling. For the price, really an amazing value-- would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hostel was really clean and efficient, lovely inside garden for dinner where I ate the 2 evevings I stayed, Breakfast was also good. The staff were very kind and helpful. I had a small problem with another tourist in my room and they helped me without hesitating to change rooms, they really cared about my being comfortable at their hostel. Top Service!! Thank you.

I don't remember anything that I didn't like about the place, I was quite impressed at how organised and clean it was.

The staff was friendly and loaned me a small lock when I explained I had forgotten one. The bed was super comfortable, better than my bed at home! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tours.

The metal on the cabinet where I stored my luggage was bent. It didn't cause any problems for security, but it made some noise every time I opened it, and I didn't want to disturb the others in the room. However, this was a very minor problem.

Loved the vibe of this hostel. The staff were really friendly and accomodating. Great selection at breakfast (meats, cheeses, hot food, cereals, yogurts, pastries, breads, cakes -banana bread with berries was very delicious). Had no problem finding on street parking by the hotel, free from 6.30pm to 9am. Not a long walk into the centre of Tours either, maybe 20 mins maximum.
