Room was so big! Includes microwave, toaster, kettle, cups, glasses, plates/bowls (large and small) and cutlery. Plenty of storage room. Large 4 seater table. Comfy beds and good lighting. Have stayed here before and was great then too. Extra pillows and blankets already there. The lady at reception was lovely and welcoming. Easy parking and access. We had an issue with our key not fitting in the lock on return one evening and the problem was fixed quickly with many thanks (and before it started pouring rain)

Would be good if there was an airer for drying swimmers after the pool.

A very warm welcome from the couple we are guessing who owned the motel 😊 upgraded us so we could have a room with a balcony if we wished to sit outside. Tea, coffee and milk facilities was a nice welcome and biccys too. Shower nice and powerful. Great that there was bowls, plates and cutlery in the room. The microwave helped too as mean we didn't have to go out for meals. Perfect for a backpacking couple trying to keep budgets down. No noise at night slept very well for the 2 nights we were there. Much needed after a rough few weeks in the rooftop tent. Thank you!

Honestly not much I can say that we didn't like. Only thing we wished was that despite it being cheaper than most places nearby if it could have been under $100 a night we would have likely stayed a little longer.

nice and clean, perfect overnight stop. fresh milk and biscuits were a nice touch. after hours lock box to check in was very convenient and I was given very clear instructions via text.

other guests not respecting the no noise after 9 rule, a big family was very loudly unloading their car, a lot of doors slamming, voices travelling.. the walls I guess must be pretty thin because I got woken up early by someone hocking and loudly clearing their sinuses. not the fault of the staff obviously, just hard to block the noise out of other guests really.

It was great for a long drive from Sydney with my 2 kids. I was slightly worried when I got there it being on a main Rd. Didn't hear a thing. The lady working their was very nice and very friendly and we felt so welcome. The shower was so nice and powerful it was better than my one at home. The bed was comfy and we all slept so well. It was great there was a pool there too. I'd make a regular stop over on trips to and from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast .

Large, clean and comfortable rooms with everything we needed for a one night stay as a family of 5. Air con worked well, felt secure and safe, bathroom was a great size and clean and kitchenette facilities were great too. Beds were comfortable including the single fold out sofa which already had fresh linen. Check in and out were super easy and reception staff were super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Manager was A1 plus / phone confirmation couldn’t be friendlier and welcoming yet still professional in his role / Went above and beyond to accommodate our Show Car with safe off street parking / Was so impressed with the all around experience we have pre booked our room for the same event next year.

Convenient location. A small fenced garden area with a lovely green lawn for this this particular room was a bonus. The owner was on site and was both friendly and obliging with local information for us. There is an Asian restaurant directly next door and we had an excellent meal there - with no travel time. River street is rather noisy during the day but that eases off as night approaches and we weren't bothered by it. The room was definitely larger than most places and was scrupulously clean. I would recommend this motel.

Nothing needed improvement.

Motel is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rooms have been updated and have facilities for tea or snack making. Nice to have biscuits for cuppa when arrive. Staff and managers were friendly and helpful. Our room for this trip was in front with courtyard to sit and relax which was a nice treat! Some rooms are up 1 flight of stairs which hasn’t bothered us !

Nothing to not like

Loved the size of the family room, great value for money. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location, only a short walk to pubs, clubs and shopping. Showers had extremely good water pressure. Would recommend staying here. Definitely will come back for a visit. Kids loved the comfort of the beds, including pull out sofa.

Unfortunately for us having a taller vehicle the clearance on front entrance wasn't high enough (massive land crusier with 2 inch lift and roof storage), but had rear access for taller vehicles.

Big spacious room..

The toaster was very dodgy .. to me needs replacing.. No wash cloths in the bathroom.. Lack of cutlery..eg 2 x forks.. 1 x butter knife.. 1 x cereal spoon.. Having having more than 50 years experience as a cleaner in a hospital and school I pick up on things.. Some surfaces had to be wiped down before use..
