Wonderful helpful personal, gorgeous location among the nature, perfect clean rooms, good breakfasts! Amazing view from room 201. Satisfied for this hotel for 1000% Took the bikes for rent for 150’000 vnd, didn’t use swimming pool, because was cold, need to come back here! Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The lodge is quietly located, but everything can be easily reached by bike (provided by the lodge for free). Cycling around is so much fun! We enjoyed coconut coffee by the pool, and every meal in the lodge’s restaurant. Food was fantastic! Rooms and facilities are great as well. They offer a lot of services for a good price, e.g. laundry, scooter rental, taxi shuttle, massages… We were able to spend our full last day at the lodge due to our night train late in the evening even though checkout was at 12. We highly recommend staying there and hope to come back one day! Thank you very much :)

We loved our stay here! You’re a 8 min bike ride away from the boat cruise, around 20min bike ride away from the viewpoint & cave. The property is beautiful and we especially loved our bungalow on the river. It felt a lot more luxurious than in the pictures and what I expected based on the price. The food at the restaurant was really good too!

Everything took very long and we felt like overall they may be understaffed. When we went to the reception to get bikes we had to wait 5 mins until finally a staff member stopped even though they kept walking by us; on the first night we waited for our drinks for dinner about 30 mins, the second night also 20 mins etc. Would be nice to add a few more sun beds & umbrellas around the pool.

Such a beautiful location, a great hotel with everything we needed and extremely comfortable. Thank you for the excellent service from all the staff but special praise for Tam who was so helpful in giving us advice about the local area, restaurants, cycle routes and day trips and organising very efficient and reasonably priced transport to the lodge from Hanoi airport and back again. The free bicycle hire was really appreciated and we spent a lovely few days cycling around this stunning part of Vietnam. The pool is lovely and the gardens very well maintained and relaxing. I wish we had booked for longer.

Trang An Ecolodge is a hidden gem just outside of Trang An—like a secret garden, a small wellness oasis. Peaceful and quiet, surrounded by nature: the river, jungle, flowers, and frogs. Absolutely beautiful! The staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful. We loved the great breakfast and the excellent cocktails by the pool. The free bikes were a big plus—better suited for the sometimes muddy, stony paths than most others we saw. We added one night to our stay and they didn't charge extra despite the holiday. There's absolutely nothing to dislike.

We have an amazing stay here! Every one of the staff really nice, helpful and available. The room was awesome, very original with the bathroom by the mountain. It had the most comfortable bed and pillows! It was well equiped and clean too. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, the garden is very lush, and very well tended to. The free bikes was a cool addition, we can definitely bike to a lot of places around. Last but not least, the breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of homemade local food! If may seem a bit far away from Tam coc but honestly it is worth it! Much more relaxing while still being close to a lot of point of interest.

Very good and quiet location located near the river. Rooms were clean and spacious with a huge bed. The river and mountain view from the room was delightful! The front desk was extremely helpful, they provided free bikes to ride, helped with giving us tips for things to visit in the area, helped with laundry and booking bus tickets. There is a restaurant on location with reasonable prices and good food. We especially loved the Bun Cha and the Cocoa banana smoothies. We were there during New Year and they organized a small party for us with dinner, games, cake and fireworks at the end. They really made an effort to make the night feel special!

One of best hotels I’ve been in Vietnam. Starting, of course, by the staff, whom were extremely kind and helpful, helping us in every possible way. Our room was huge, with an amazing view of river, a bed that needs a GPS to find the exit, a tub with a view of the river, a very comfy balcony and a shower with no problem on hot water(which is very common in Vietnam). They offer a lot of services, like laundry, motorbike rental, massagem, pool and a few others, but the restaurant also deserves a compliment for the dishes served.

its not an issue, but to stay at the hotel is important to plan how to move from there to the attractions.

This property is located in the magical hills of Trang an just outside Ninh Binh. Rooms and property were beautiful and comfortable . Some of the best food we had during our time in Vietnam. The real star of the show was a staff member named Tab who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing, he explained the area to us, helped us to pick out some unique dishes at dinner that we would have never picked on our own that were fantastic . Took time out of his day off to personally show us around the country side of Ninh Binh and experience the local culture and food and even helped us negotiate some great prices for coats we neglected to pack. He truly made our experience a most memorable one .

Surrounding nature, pool, good breakfast, good dinner with great portions. Omelettes were done very well. Excellent service provided - the staff try very hard to make you feel comfortable. The new rooms by the river are incredible. Special thank you to the staff for letting us stay there 1 night.

Not enough staff are available, service sometimes slow. Only very few speak English, but it was not a major issue. Scooters are in poor conditions. They need to fix them for the safety of customers. What happened to the covered pool table? If you have a luggage with wheels, it can be problematic to drag it to the check-in desk. The staff do it for you with a trolley, but it would be nice to mention it at the front with a sign.
