We were able to spend three nights here on our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Even more than the little house with the beautiful terrace in the middle of beautiful nature, the service of the team contributed to this - so attentive, genuine and always available. On the day we arrived, we were greeted with lovely honeymoon gifts and the team even surprised us with a small birthday cake on my birthday, which we didn't even mention. We were even able to use the whirlpool with a view of the sea - it was incredibly beautiful. Just like the little gray, affectionate cat that came to visit us on the terrace.

The location was amazing, with breathtaking views of the ocean and Pico. The cabin was wonderful—beautiful, fully equipped, spacious, and modern. They really thought of the little things, like providing paper towels, vinegar, olive oil, salt—everything you need in the kitchen. There was even tea and coffee waiting for us! As we were celebrating our 10-year anniversary, they surprised us with a sweet and thoughtful gesture when we arrived. It actually brought tears to my eyes—it was so touching to feel that they had gone the extra mile to make our stay special. We love cooking, so it was perfect for us. We could buy fresh local products, bring them back, and enjoy meals outside at a lovely table with a sea view. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. We absolutely recommend staying here and truly hope to return someday!

There is nothing not to like there... the place is great!

I really liked the premises. The houses were big enough, clean and very comfortable. The appliances were very useful too. I liked the surroundings that were very well taken care of. Having a coffee machine and soap for the dishwasher were a plus! Loved my coffee in the morning in the outside patio, with Pico on my back and all the blue around. The staff was really very helpful and nice!

The lights inside could be warmer. That's the only thing I would change in the house! The outside illumination was perfect!

Comfortable, spacious and well equipped kitchen. The staff were really nice and accommodating.

The shower needed a bit of an upgrade on the joints and the toilet flush was not super efficient. But bathroom was functional overall with hair drier also provided and plenty of towels

It was one of the most unique and original places we stayed in Azores. The house was big with the kitchen that had everything you need and even a washing machine with detergent! I especially liked to see that they have a green key award:)

Lovely little cottage. The balcony really makes it so lovely to sit and have coffee/breakfast. Extra modcons like washing machine, and dishwasher were appreciated. Staff, esp Diana, were super lovely. Close to natural swimming pools and boardwalk. Quiet location.

Better pillows are required.

Lovely house in Pico island. We truly felt at home there, the house is very comfortable and cosy. It has everything needed, even washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. It's a beautiful place and very peaceful, too. Totally recommended for those traveling to Pico!

adorable little volcanic cottage! such a special experience to have a little house to yourself. We had all that we needed in the kitchen and a very comfy bed. We enjoyed the playground and having breakfast on our own little deck. some one the houses had fruit trees in the yard and you can see succulents grow in the lava rock. the location is also great for exploring with restaurant an easy drive.

low water pressure but not a deal breaker would rent again for all the positives.

loved the well equipped lava houses. sadly our stay coincided d with the season in early June when ants are a big problem. hordes of tiny ants got in our clothes, our suitcases and were swarming in the bedroom area. this is a green area with lots of vegetation but the buggers were quite unpleasant. the management does try to manage it he pests but we were unlucky. Pico is a lovely island to visit .,

Ants

Spacious, very complete and comfortable cottages beneath Pico mountain. Big living area, outside a table with chairs for an evening under the stars. Centrally located on the island. Friendly reception!

It is a bit moist in the house. But with the AC in both bedrooms and the living room, and some ventilation that is not a problem.
