The location, the view from the main terrace is fantastic, facing San Jorge. We had meals from there and enjoying playing cards or reading from this place. Sun was up till 8:30 pm and really pleasant. We could also see the dawn from there. We liked the position close to Sao Roque, middle north coast. Convenient for the Pico mountain and for the cross to Lajes. As well as visiting the extreme Easter side. The common dining room with kitchen for the community was also convenient - we could find everything we needed to cook our own meals. Also the wash and dry service was very good - Room was clean and toilet big and modern. Miguel, the manager, was extremely friendly and supportive to solve any problem.

The room was a bit humid, being in a stone building - we left a window open to have fresh air in. Sometimes the flush did not work smoothly, but we learnt a technique to make it happen. I think overall was good

The room was huge, modern and confortable. The complex is quite nice with old style house completely renovated. Kitchen available for all guests, fully equipped. Private parking inside. The owner and staff were amazing hosts, friendly, super friendly and communicative.

Location is not great in terms of services. There are no shops or restaurants in a walking distance. Usage of the car is a must.

I really liked this place. Being low season I was really pampered and lucky to get a room with an amazing view to the ocean and S.Jorge island. But I have to say, what I will remember the most from this place is the host. Born and raised on Pico island, it was lovely chatting with him. I think I can say that I am leaving the island with a friend for life. Thank you Miguel!

The hotel was in a good area of Sao Roque and had an amazing view of the coast over the mountain. The room was as expected, good space and a decent bathroom. Massive parking lot with space for a car per room.

We arrived somewhat late so the host wasn't there for the check-in and it took us a little bit to sort it out with the people working that day, however it wasn't long at all.

Spacious room, nice view from the terrace, super friendly owner and staff. So nice to be able to use the shared kitchen. Washing service available and room cleaning every day. We stayed 6 nights and also got fresh towels and sheets halfway through the week. When we told the owner that the shower water leaked into the bathroom, they were fixing it within an hour.

The kitchen is large with lots of available plates and cutlery. Sometimes a bit busy and messy when many guests cook at the same time, but that is expected in a shared kitchen.

Miguel is a super friendly host, always there to help and provide tips. The rooms are comfortable, and overall, the "Village" has a pleasant charm.

Air conditioning is missing. My room was right next to the kitchen/lounge/reception area. This could get quite loud with the wrong guests, but I was lucky in that regard. The entrance and exit for cars is quite narrow and right by the road. When the Village is fully occupied, the parking lot can get quite crowded, but it's manageable.

* I could check in as soon as I arrived, even if it was one hour before the official check-in time. * The picturesque patio for chilling out. * Spacious room. * Good WiFi connection. * Comfortable bed.

* The room would creatly benefit from a proper AC and a proper desk inside.

Both Miguel Ângelo and his staff were amazing, really helpful, always greeted us with a smile, and made us really enjoy our stay. Always ready to give us recommendations about places to visit as well. The house itself was lovely, highlight was the terrace overlooking the sea where we had breakfast every morning. It is near the main road, so you could access the whole island from there - also there were restaurants and a supermarket in 5mins drive from there.

Nice and cozy stay with a spectacular view. The owner are very friendly and easy to get in contact with. The common area offers free coffee and the possibility tu use a designated area inside the fridge. Bed very comfy and the room was very clean.

We were here in November and it was pretty cold inside the room. There is an electric heating, but it took a while until the room had a pleasant temperature.

The view is great and the room is spacious enough and comfortable. There is a kitchen guests can use.

The bathroom was quite basic, with not toiletries and no hairdryer. It could get a little cold, but we had a small heater we could use.
