All good, check in was fast and easy as was check out, no complaints, good location close to Messe Hall for WTCE conference Apr 7-10. Only suggestion is, I forgot my electrical converter in Canada and your front desk should always have 2-3 available for guests. Danke

Really nice hotel rooms, the view I had from my room was awesome, and the big windows allow a lot of light into the room during the day which is nice. Great value for your money. Location is also amazing because is close to Schanze, but the hotel also has a bio supermarket right next door so that's pretty convenient too.

I didn't have breakfast. I liked the refreshments. The choice of breakfast was limited. The smell of bacon cooking at 7 am was not pleasing. The price of the was expensive.

The mattress was springy. I would have had a more comfortable 6 nights sleep if the mattres was firmer.

The room was a good size, clean, warm and yet we could open the windows for a breeze. The outlook from the window was pleasant. The room was very quiet and we were completely undisturbed. The location was ideal for reaching the city and Klein Flottbeck which was the venue for the show jumping competitions. The breakfast was plentiful; good value and good choice.

The lounge and reception areas were not very inviting; lacking in character and poorly lit.

Everything was great, very nice friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were quite large clean bright and Cosy . Location was good as well. Very comfortable hotel, my recommendations

The hotel was good in every way, quiet, beautiful and best value for money. We had to come early, we were with children, check-in was at 3 o'clock. However, the hotel employee let us in at 13:30. Thank you for your attention.

The bed was so comfy! The room was huge and had everything we needed. We were so pleased with the stay

Central to our activities. Easy Bus and Train/Subway access. Grocery store in the same building as well.

Hamberg has lots of graffiti everywhere. Some of it is artful others not so much.

Good location, quiet room, helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast.
