The lady that checked us in was wonderful. She was friendly, pleasant, warm & welcoming. She did her absolute best to accommodate our needs. I have stayed at many motels in my lifetime & in my experience most of the check in people are usually NOT the friendliest of people. This lady was exceptional. My daughter was also impressed & praised her to me.

First floor slider walk out was great !! Traveling with our dog!! Sofa was comfortable and bed were comfortable!! Liked the late check out time!!

Paid $35 for an egg sandwich and waffles after paying $300 for one night!!! Thought breakfast was included!!! So wrong!!! Bathroom door creaked like it was ready to fall off the hinges!! Two bottles of water sitting on the table in the room with a $5.00 tag on them!!! WTF SERIOUSLY!!!!

The front desk clerk was very friendly and the size of the king size room was doable for myself and I might add I'm a fan of the stand up showers no tub if a hotel don't have that alone I will not be reserving it! That's my make or break deal. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were soft OMG felt like I was sleeping on a cloud lol. Minimal noise heard through the walls and hallways. I recommend this hotel and I will be returning. Thank you for the comfort of home away from home ☺️

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed having a balcony that overlooked the pool very much. The landscaping and lighting around the property are designed beautifully. The bed is extremely comfortable and the property is very clean and smells clean. I highly recommend this hot.

Quiet, clean, and possessed all the ammenities we needed. The fact that they had a free shuttle to the airport was excellent.

Other than the on-site food option, there are no restraunts or eating establishments within easy walking distance. The food they prepare was good however.

It was fresh, everything was in good shape. Very clean, I’d say to me, the cleanliness made up for the expense.

I think for the price I paid, I think a continental breakfast should be included, I feel like everything i had pay for

Every thing and the shuttle service was phenomenal main reason why I booked it for a ride to the airport but knowing they give you rides to ner by restaurants was a plus 10 out of 10 I will definitely be back to stay.

The A/C unit didn’t cool the room very well, it felt very humid in the room. Parking was limited, had to park on the other side of the building at night.

Have stayed in "suites" the last 3 nights due to 3 ppl traveling together Courtyard has an actual 2 room layout! This will be our only brand from now on. A little disappointed there was no happy hour/food available, but staffing can't always be 100%

The location was very convenient for my work travels, finding food close by and going to downtown St. Petersburg! I really enjoyed where my room was located and I had a view of the courtyard! Can’t wait to stay there again.
