Great location, safe and close to everything. Amazing view of the Acropolis. Comfortable bed.

The bathroom area could definitely have been cleaned up with more attention, especially considering it's not a cheap motel we're talking about here. Horrible smell coming from the bathroom, especially during the night, that has probably something to do with the piping. You should expect to hear noise coming from the street all day and almost all night, since it's in a busy area. Staff talking loudly in the morning close to room doors. Bring your earplugs with you.

The suite is lovely, clean, and in a fabulous location. Everything interesting is within walking distance and all you have to do is go downstairs to find loads of restaurants and shopping. But the best part is the view. The suite has a huge window that looks right out at the Acropolis. In the evening, the ancient site is lit up and you just can't beat that.

The suite needs a bit more attention in terms of the kitchenette aspect. There is a coffee machine and kettle, but it would have been nice to have a few tea bags or coffee pods there to get us started, so we didn't have to run out to buy things. There are a few glasses and dishes but no place to put them once they are washed. There is a microwave, which is great, but no burners or oven or pots and pans -- so you can't cook or fry up an egg in the morning. In short, I'd have loved it even more if there was a dishtowel, frying pan, a burner...just simple stuff but makes a difference.

Amazing view to the Acropolis. Easy location and check in. Very comfortable big room.

The smell in the bathroom after using the shower? Maybe the pipes need a clean, but other than that very good room.

Very central location. Modern, spacious apartment. Love that they have washing machine and dryer free to use also.

Bathroom had a damp, musty smell that wafted through the apartment. Limited cooking facilities. Very old, slightly freaky entrance to the apartment from the bottom of the building requiring multiple access codes and lock boxes - have to go to the fifth floor via a creaky old lift or a dark staircase with no lights at night. Once you get to the fifth floor it’s lovely and modern but getting there is a challenge.

The only thing was a strong smell from the bathroom that was present in the couple of days i stayed.

First of all, the view of the Acropolis is amazing and you will really enjoy it every day. Furthermore the room is in a very central area of Athens and you can reach a lot of things by walking. Also the communication was really good and we really enjoyed our stay. But be aware that the outside area is really noisy! Even with windows closed.

Were greeted by a coackroach when arrived :( The AC was confusing and was like working for 1-2 min, then pause for another 5 and then again... But that's not a big problem in April The area is really noisy, even with windows closed, be aware if you are sensitive to noises Bed could be a little softer

We stayed here twice, once for a week in a junior suite and for two nights a week later in a room. The location is great - Athens on your doorstep and an easy walk to all the main attractions and the great food offerings. The staff were very helpful, communication was great and checking in and out was easy. The junior suite was a good size with a comfy lounge and table and chairs.

Athens is well lit at night and the apartment is also very bright at night. In the junior suite there are two windows in the bedroom and three in three in the living area but only one window in each room had a night blind. There were curtains but only half were close to being black out curtains the others were lighter curtains that did not keep the light out. And in the junior suite the ducted cooling was not available so we had to rely on the airconditioning unit in the living area, which meant leaving the bedroom door open at night to let the cool air. So if you don’t mind light at night it’s fine, if you prefer darkness to sleep it’s disappointing. The second room we stayed in had ducted cooling but also limited blackout options.

Once we eventually got into the suite we had a fantastic view. Location was good for what we wanted to see. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. They organised a taxi from the port which was very handy.

Not a good start. The owner did not send us a code to enter the suite and we were unable to gain access. We called the number advertised and this went unanswered. We were lucky to meet a lovely couple coming out of their suite and they gave us another number to call which was advertised in their suite. It was very stressful as we nearly left for another hotel. Signage could be better with an emergency contact number advertised to call if someone was in similar circumstances. It was disappointing that the next day the owner did not come to personally offer her apologies.

The view of the Acropolis is unmatched. This was an unforgettable experience and we will probably return whenever we are in Athens. The location could not be any better, within walking distance from Monastiraki, Ermou shopping street and from great restaurants.

Plumbing might need a bit of attention, I believe

Excellent communication by the hotel staff prior to arrival. Good communication regarding accessing the property which is at first, slightly confusing however once experienced it was simple moving forward. Location is amazing and the view from the suite is stunning and worth the booking alone. The entrance to the building is unusual and could appear off putting however don’t let this put you off. The size, location and facilities of the suite are excellent along with the friendly welcome and advice given by the staff.

As mentioned, the main entrance to the building may be off putting at first as it is a shared entrance and looks run down, however the location is excellent and the views, comfort and facilities within the suite will make up for this. The bed had sheets and not a duvet which was fine however this is the one improvement I would suggest. The large size of the bed was excellent.
