We thought the hotel & it’s surroundings were lovely . The room was excellent for me as I can’t walk very far. All the staff were really nice but professional. All in all a great place to stay

The decor in the restaurant was exceptional but the bar was really bland & had no atmosphere. The food was okay but I wouldn’t go overboard about it.

Modern, bright room which appeared very clean, with no trace of dog - hotels should be people friendly, not dog friendly. Windows opened for fresh air. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

We initially found ourselves in a room with disabled facilities, but the manager resolved the issue while we had dinner. Would prefer windows to open further. Breakfast a little limited if you like fruit and natural yoghurt.

Every hotel needs a Louise, friendly, smiling, helpful and efficient. Everything the reception/ front of house should be. We asked and received a room with a walk in shower, a good size room and comfy bed. All the food was excellent, breakfasts, dinners and the one lunch we had. All the staff were friendly and polite, the manager Aleksander, and the owners have a lot to be proud of. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Slight gripe, our room was very warm at night, but that's all.

The hotel was delightful, beautifully clean, and the welcome - from Millie on reception- was second to none. I really felt that she was delighted that we made it ( having had issues to delay us!). Jules restaurant was excellent. We had chosen the hotel because it is close by to the gastro pub we wanted to try, but we wished we had eaten at the restaurant on both nights as it was by far the better meal!

Your web site sandwich menu states that they are available until 5pm, but when we asked for sandwiches at 4.15 pm we were told that the service finished at 4 pm. We had travelled directly to the hotel expecting to have a sandwich before moving on for our dinner at the event we were attending. Disappointing! .

Staff were fantastic. Lovely surroundings and a cosy room which had everything we needed. The riom had a fridge with bottles of water & milk. As well as tea, coffee, hot chocolate, shower gel, and shampoo. Window had a view of the golf course, so it was nice to watch groups tee off. Food at the wedding was amazing, but I can't comment on the breakfast as we were too comfortable to move out of bed in the morning.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was well set up for our 10 month old. The restaurant was great, with good food and fantastic service. The people on reception were very welcoming and helpful. The whole venue is very peaceful. l

No herbal tea in the room.

The whole team was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and professional. I appreciated the quality of the tasteful decoration of the room and the hotel in general. The bed was also very comfortable, allowing me to have a great night's rest away from home. Another highlight was the restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious meal and more elegant service.

Nothing really to complain about... Perhaps a Nespresso machine would also be nice in the room instead of only a kettle (I stayed in the Pendle suite).

Clean spacious room and the staff where very friendly

No breakfast included in the booking especially for the large amount paid for the two nights, I even specified I was a groomsmen at the wedding and got told there was a note made but nothing come from it. I originally called direct to the hotel but no discount for being part of the wedding party was offered so went ahead and booked via booking.com. The others on the wedding party paid the sane amount yet had a breakfast included!

The new restaurant was fabulous with its contemporary tropical decor. The fish and chips were cooked to perfection. The fish was fresh and flakey. The sticky toffee pudding was delicious. Restaurant service was excellent. My room had a great view of the golf course. The bed was very comfortable. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. The room was very clean. You need to bring your own flannel as these are not provided in the bathroom.
