Great location, rooms were massive and very comfortable, well stocked and would be great if you were there for a long time. Beds were super comfortable, pool was great! Room appeared very clean when we arrived!

Upon further inspection, there were certain areas of the hotel that over our 4 days at the hotel I noticed were not cleaned. As well, the smell of the dishwasher in the room was not good. Avoided at all costs, which made me slightly concerned that it is not frequently deep cleaned.

The property is very modern, clean and comfortable. Beautifully designed. Great beds and new towels and lined, could not fault. The pool area was clean and well maintained. There is not much service around the pool but the bar and restaurant wasn’t far or a huge bother to walk over. Communication with the staff was over WhatsApp and very efficient, nothing was too hard and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

There are no wardrobes in the bedrooms, just hooks with hangers and nowhere to hang up a towel. Small detail but slightly annoying after a few days.

The room was large, comfortable, modern and clean. The location was downtown and walkable too many restaurants and activities that we planned for. The restaurant was really good.

Like everything the prices especially at the pool were high, but to be expected. In our room the kitchen was nicely equipped, but missing a couple key things that would have made it perfect. There was an oven and a toaster oven, but no hot mitt so there was no way to get your food out without grabbing a bathroom towel. There was also a sink and dishes, but no kitchen towels and in the kitchen there were not a lot of plug sockets that weren't for the appliances. It would have been nice to have a couple of plugs on the island. But these are super minor details. I loved everything about this place.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite as two adults and two kids. The suites are amazing, huge, great facilities, excellent aircon and a balcony. We stayed midweek and the pool area was quiet and relaxing. Staff in the bar and restaurant were great, the food and cocktails were excellent. Free sodas for the kids was a nice touch. Excellent location, parking on site and a load of bars and restaurants a very short walk from the hotel. I personally liked the WhatsApp communications rather than having to go through a front desk. Always got a quick response.

Cushions on the balcony furniture would have been nice but this is a minor point.

Great place to enjoy your group of friends and/or family! It was perfect for our family, enjoyed the 2 rooms with king beds. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in town.

The pool was great! We enjoyed the views of the local mountains in the morning. Cabanas were fun for spending the whole day at the pool, and had great service!

This place is simply wonderful and looks even better than in the photos. The apartments are spacious and beautiful designed. The bed was super comfortable. The on-site staff was friendly and helpful. There was no crowd at the pool, everyone could find a sunbed for themselves. Self check-in was a great option too, however we didn’t receive the code to the room on time automatically, so that’s the only thing I would improve.

The rooms we awesome. Clean and open spaces. Staff at bar were helpful and awesome. Restaurant was sensational.

It’s lacked small/minor things as it isn’t really a hotel:- No daily room service unless you pay a fee No iron (just a steamer) No pool bar service. You need to order yourself at bar. No front desk or concierge No laundry service

Great location that's walking distance from the downtown area with lots of food and drink options nearby. Property itself was good. Very easy check-in and check-out process and friendly staff.

Not a hard negative, but the whole property felt like a multi-unit Airbnb. I don't know if I would consider this on par with a hotel, but it's close. We stayed on the bottom floor and could hear the upstairs unit walking around -- thin floors and ceilings.

We had a 3 room suite for three nights and loved the design and space. It has been our favourite accommodation on our road trip. Also loved having a kettle! It was the first one we had come across during our US road trip. (Americans don't seem to drink tea?) The pool was really nice and heated. It was close to all the cool shops and restaurants in the area. We also borrowed the bikes that are free for guests. Wished we could stay a few extra nights.

They weren’t able to call a taxi for us at the end of our stay. I don’t have the ride share apps on my phone, so we were on hold with two taxi companies for over 20 minutes waiting to book transportation to the airport.
