Everything was fine, nothing to complain. I needed a good short-term location in downtown, and I got it. Good city view from the window, good swimming pool, a lot of restaurants and bars around. Stayed there twice and both times was satisfied. Good staff, let me in the room one hour before the check-in. Reasonable price for American standards.

Very close to the rapid transit line to the airport and easy walking distance to the conference center, and some of the major tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly. Warm breakfast was very good (for this category of hotel). My room was clean and very spacious, plenty of pillows, and all amenities you could wish for.

I got doubly unlucky with my room: 1) window facing a brick wall 2) almost unusable slow wifi (was a lot better in the lobby and in the rooms of some colleagues) I'm not a big fan of the huge amounts of waste throw away plates, cups, and cutlery for breakfast cause. Overall everything seems a bit dated but still very serviceable.

The staff was so super friendly and amazing. They had a small welcome bag for us. They remembered us and greeted us each time. Breakfast was on site and pretty good. Waffles and the usual fare laid out. I love having hotels that have breakfast included. It saves on at least one meal.

It was an older facility, which isn't necessarily bad. The elevator doors opened weird, but everything was safe and functional. The curtains meant to block out light were starting to age and have gaps in the room darkening material. The AC seemed to struggle a bit, but we weren't hot. So, overall, nothing that would keep me from coming back.

We loved everything about this place. The lobby was clean and secure with delightful staffing. When we arrived (early) our room wasn't ready, so they secured our luggage in a locked room so we could explore Atlanta. They have a parking garage just across the street that costs less than most of the other locations around the city. We had a top floor room with a balcony that overlooked the Olympic Park. It was perfect.

Okay, so this is highly subjective. The building is old, the rooms are old, the elevator is old, basically everything is old. That didn't bother us at all because when you consider the location, the fact that is costs 50% less than all the other locations in town- it's so worth staying here. If the "old" things bother you, pony up and stay at the Hilton. This place was fantastic.

I have read the reviews and I was quite sceptical to stay at this hotel. If you are at the same stage let me explain to you that this hotel is totally fine. Yes the rooms are outdated a little, but if you are staying for work, traveling alone or simple couple that doesn't care so much of the details you will be really happy you booked this place. Location is perfect, staff is very friendly, you get basic breakfast and coffee for free, hotel is secure so if that is what you need then ok. If you are looking for a fancy room, etc. off course you will be dissapointed, but hey, you didn't pay the price for it did you? :) I thank the nice lady from the reception again, it was a lovely stay.

Chasta worked the front desk. She was professional, pleasant and very helpful. Will come back again. Thank you, Chasta. Breakfast was great! Not a bag breakfast, but a hot breakfast. Such as: Grits, scrambled eggs, waffles to name a few. Great location! Walking distance to where we had to go.

Website stated check-in was 4pm when it is actually 3pm. A sign located on the premises. Need to update the website with the correct check-in.

"Old school" staff who value and respect their guests. Huuuuge room and bathroom, equipped with everything. My reservation did not include meals but I was oferred complimentary breakfast Location is perfect. Either waking distance for people like walking or few minutes from metro station Good value for money And in my opinion Barclay deserves at least one more star. Fully satisfied

The location was great …walking distance to everything. All the staff I interacted with we amazing. They seem to really like working at the hotel. Caleb at the front desk was amazing. Made sure the coffee was ready for an early riser each day I was there. Rooms were very clean.

The elevator needs updated or at the very least doors fixed. I saw it come too close to closing on people as the entered.

The location of the hotel and parking is perfect for exploring the city without having to drive everywhere. The staff were very friendly! With it being an old hotel it does come with a few quirks like the air conditioning in the room & not having a mini fridge but it was still a great value. We would definitely come back!
