Really great location— right across from Wollongong Continental Pool, beaches, rock pools, and the Wollongong Head Lighthouse, all just a short walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute drive to the Central shopping centre. We really enjoyed our stay, and the staff were super friendly.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. The only thing I’d mention is that we wished we had upgraded our room to get a better view. Our room was on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the carpark, and while you could only just see the harbour view, the harbour and a lovely park are just a short walk away right outside the property. Other than that, everything was great!

The staff are really lovely, from reception to room service they were all amazing and very helpful, nothing was too hard to ask. The room was very clean and fresh, bed linen and towels were crisp and very clean. The kitchenette was good, it would have been better if there were a couple of plates

It is sad that north Wollongong has become a race track for car hoons who drive their noisy cars up and down Cliff road till late night. The venue is in one of the most beautiful places in Wollongong but the noise from the road really spoils it. 😔

Location and free Parking - room size fantastic, roll away bed was proper mattress and comfy. Alarm clock, that you can read in middle of night! Thank you! Only a 11 min walk to WIN or Entertainment centre and 15min walk to Crown street Mall

No hook or rail to hang towels, yet sign to ‘help save environment’ I told reception no hooks. No plates, but disposable cutlery Microwave and fridge and kettle. Opening balcony door can be noisy from road, Seems every Harley Davidson rides that road. Also noise the Cafe below, but not a deal breaker- no power points near bed.

The hosts were lovely people. Made us feel very welcome. Beautiful view from our room. Room was a little bit out dated but very clean, the bed was comfy as. Wasn't any problems asking staff for extra toiletries. All very nice.

I didn't like that we had to shut the door in the early mornings when they were getting the cafe/ restaurant set up down stairs. Very loud in doing this. Would of been nice to just wake up in your own time. Was lovely to sleep with just the screen door closed but every night alot of hoons driving around revving their cars and bikes meeting at the light house. But in saying that we are a middle age couple and getting on. May not bother others.

Location was right on the harbour, good for walking, sitting enjoying the sunshine, close to cafes and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, heating was good and the balcony was nice to watch people in the park, jogging and walking dogs. Motel had a nice cafe downstairs which was really popular and a classy restaurant on site.

Housekeeping was a little hit and miss with supply of towels.

Booked 2x rooms for a one night stay. Both rooms were larger than expected which was a nice surprise. The gentleman who checked us in was very polite and when there was an issue with payment (was supposed to have been prepaid but for some reason the booking.com system advised me it had been prepaid, but it didn't go through for whatever reason at the motels end), the gentleman was very apologetic and payment was then made by me prior to check in. As we didn't spend much time at all at the property, we cannot comment other than about check in and the rooms. It was definitely value for money for our requirements.

One of the rooms had a number of bug 'splatter' on the walls (ie it looked like the bugs had been squashed). On arrival, the other room had the door wide open along with a towel inside an open fridge. We were unsure as to whether someone else had already checked into the room, but when we spoke to the concierge, he advised it was probably the cleaner who was defrosting the fridge and forgot to finish the job prior to check in. Was not a big deal in the whole scheme of things.

To be honest it was really good value for money. Internet strong For one night for work I would certainly stay there again. It was a nice place, if you are looking for something more flashy and modern, then spend more money. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood. This is a solid budget well priced motel with the money.

The tv remote didn't work, but we watched our devices and the internet was very strong so not much of. problem. The aircon was a bit noisy but it worked well. I missed out on a spot in the carpark so I had to park on the road. But again for the money I ws overall happy

Fantastic location close to the beach and backs onto a beautiful park. There is plenty of places to walk, rest or even use a scooter/bike. The basin cafe at the back of the motel means meals and snacks are available until 2pm each day and reasonably priced. It's quiet but close to facilities including restaurants, a small grocery store, crown street mall and a massage parlour. It was very comfortable.

The room is a bit outdated and tired but it was clean and didn't take away from the comfort of the place. Only facilities in the kitchenette were a microwave, kettel and bar fridge. Some disposable cutlery provided. The room service on one day was a bit lazy, not replacing towels or providing more toilet paper despite being requested but this only happened once.

There is onsite parking however not enough parking to accommodate all rooms as we checked in at 430pm and already no parking spaces available, we were lucky that someone was leaving as we checked into motel and able to get a park otherwise would have found it difficult to get parked anywhere around nearby streets.

Position of motel, view from balcony, cleanliness, cafe, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and kettle. Cupboard space was generous for a motel room. Furniture was appropriate for the size of the room.

One thing that could be improved is the size of the bed. A double bed is too small. The pillows were very comfortable. A fan in the bathroom is essential. No fan resulted in the bathroom steaming up very quickly when showering.
