The apartment was easy to locate, the staff were lovely and super helpful as well as other people there. The room was perfect for my needs and the fridge and freezer worked which was amazing as it meant I could save money not eating out. The bed was also really comfy and I slept like a log both nights which is just what I needed.

The only thing is that while there is street parking just outside, it was full of cars so I had to drive around looking for a spot but fortunately there was some a few metres up the road so it was fine. There is also no lift which is something to keep in mind if you struggle with that but I'm sure there's options for ground floor preference.

Property was nice and cheap, but obviously this reflected by its tired look. Definitely needs a bit of TLC, but that said it was clean and had everything I needed for a couple of nights away with work. Staff were brilliant nice and friendly and I was even allowed to check in early.

The en-suite had a bit of a drain smell but if the door was closed it couldn’t be smelt in the room.

The room was a good size and had everything which I needed. The shower was excellent. Really powerful. I liked the dinning table. There is a Sainsbury's supermarket at the end of the street. I enjoyed my stay here very much. I would stay here again.

Can't complain. It was good value for money at London's prices.

Property is easily accessble, 24hr reception and friendly staff. Good transport connections to central London and surrounding areas. Plenty of shops and variety of restaurants in the area.

Have to swipe the access card a few times before can go into the room Fresh towels are placed in the room daily but there's no basket to put the used towels. So unless we placed it on the basin, the used towels remains in the room

There is nothing to complain about It's very nice ,and every time we go to brixtom or somewhere else we always get grove apartments

Clean rooms, large spaces. The Grove apartment is in a very good location.

Guest who spends more than a night should have their rooms tidied up every morning even when the guest steps out of the hotel. For example, I left my room on Saturday morning and went for a party and I came back the next day Sunday to meet my room untidied. Hotel management should take note of this.

The price! The location was great. I liked the room layout too and the bed was comfy.

The male black staff member (didn’t catch his name) was exceptional. Always polite, friendly, patient and respectful. Really good host Bed was comfy and tidied every morning Room was large and all facilities like fridge and microwave worked

the location wasn’t exceptional which is my fault in fairness the water didn’t turn cold. i like cold showers but it was constantly hot even on the coldest temperature. lot of noise from outside which isn’t hotels fault
