Paid for breakfast, which was good once we picked the option to make your own breakfast. Paid $15 per person, plus tax nd tip, which wasn't cheap, but you had a full breakfast with coffee so that was okay with us. The room itself was quite nice. Comfortable bed, reasonably sized room, excellent shower, updated common spaces.

I really feel that providing a free continental breakfast would make the hotel more competitive with others nearby. Given the location is not exactly desirable, i.e., far from downtown sites and university area, off a main road, and the price was moderately high, a free continental breakfast should be offered. I probably would not stay here again for that reason, even though the room itself was very nice.

The hotel is very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Staff is great and very professional, bar/restaurant lively and perfectly managed.

Rooms are so comfortable but unfortunately the air conditioning unit was very noisy all night making it difficult to sleep. I was told at check out that this was not normal and a technician was sent to investigate. The situation was handled very professionally.

A hidden gem of a feature for us who were hikers and runners was the Albany County Rail Trail. One had to work a bit to get to it but it was gorgeous as it went over the Norman Kills. Recommend it. Nice that the hotel had a gym and a pool. Room was nice in terms of size and beds.

Bathroom should have a fan. These supposedly cool wooden pull doors leave a lot to be desired in terms of privacy. My two teenage boys and I felt that this was not a good feature! We also had the misfortune of having a family with very young kids right over head. Non-stop running back and forth. I do not think that the hotel was so full during the Thanksgiving break, so why put a family with young kids where they will disturb others if they can avoid it.

The evening staff were not cystomer friendly and appeared more occupied with personal matters than assusting ne and my wife. Very unpleasant and dismissive attitude. By comparison, the gentleman who checked me out of the hotel is the epitome of excellent customer service and can teach the other disrespectful staff members h I w to act. Due to my latest experience I will probably never sray at this location again, despite the fact that I've stayed tgere 5 times over the last 2 years.

Very well maintained hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The layout of the room was great. The size of the shower was also very good. Location was just off the Turnpike so getting around was easy.

We had a sticky bathroom door that took some effort to open sometimes.

Staff was friendly. Facilites and room were very clean. Offers on-site breakfast for an additional charge. Comfortable bedding and quiet rooms.

Great location and price was reasonable! I liked that we were able to get food and drink right at the property. The room was nice, clean and had comfortable beds! The staff were fantastic!

They charged my account $50 for 4 cups of noodles, which they havemt refunded back $40. Its been taking too long. Easy to take bit hars to put back

Place is clean, staff was friendly housekeeping girls that did the 3rd floor were awesome attentive and on point I would stay there again

One elevator was down while the hotel was full so long wait for elevator

Breakfast was good and easy access.

Consistency in service in the restaurant area. They had staffing problems and did work hard to accommodate us.
