Very conveniently located and easy to find. Great apartment, very spacious and clean and good value.

The apartment (and the building generally) was incredibly warm and we couldn't adjust the thermostat so not easy to sleep though fans were in each bedroom. Would have helped to have had some instructions re' the heating, the tv etc. Also, the shower wan't great as the connection for the shower head to the rod was broken so couldn't harness the shower head and limited hot water available

We have stayed in these apartments twice, and each time we have found them to be a great base for visiting Legoland, London, and the nearby Coral Reef Waterworld. There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance, so you may eat out or prepare meals in the apartment. It's really convenient to pop into Waitrose across the way for anything you need.

The first night, the apartment was stiflingly hot, but to be fair that week it was extremely warm and large fans were provided.

Being very fussy : Maybe should have clearer instructions on where parking space was in car park. . Difficult to operate key box - very fiddly. The flat was really warm - there were fans which made it tolerable but it seemed the underfloor heating was on - and we couldn't /didn't know how to switch it off.

The service was superb. The host was only a txt away and was very friendly and accommodating. The flat was clean,modern and had everything you could need. The Location is perfect for shopping and eating out, with a Waitrose across the road. I would highly recommend staying and we'll be back.

Great apartments. Clean and tidy with lots of amenities. Great beds. Gym on site. Fantastic location.

Nothing to dislike.. only issue had was that shower head did not stay up so could only use as a hand held shower.

Location was excellent for our needs

No curtains just blinds, very light in the bedroom at night so hard to get to sleep

good location, right next to the shopping centre. lots of amenities provided on arrival which was appreciated. 2 good sized beds in the bedrooms

on arrival it smelt like someone had been smoking in it, so we opened the windows and gave it an airing and it was fine. there were also cigarette burn marks on the kitchen table. there is private parking which is great but note it’s in a separate building about 5 minutes walk away so maybe drop bags off at the building first then go and park.

Great location

The parking was one allocated space, however access to car park was not clear and not attached to the property and on arrival another vehicle parked in the flat allocated space, friends spent an hour trying to contact concierge and had to walk to property which is several mins away and nobody on reception. Messages left and also calls made to number on car park notices, eventually told not to worry about it and park anywhere cid that’s what everyone does. This was doubly annoying because we should have had two cars and I had to travel by public transport as we were not allowed two spaces! So we follow the “rules” but were majority inconvenienced and frustrated by the parking situation.

badly fitting sheets and quilt cover all too small . wooden flooring raising leaving trip hazard . low quality Crockery really needs a coffee table or side tables for drinks . kitchen sink plug broken bed in second room mattress stained with no mattress cover

Stayed at Berks Luxury serviced apartments in Bracknell as our base for 2 days at legoland. Located in a very modern building with a lovely foyer area and communal areas that are kept clean. We arrived late due to flight delays but were met by the building's concierge who was very helpful. The location of the apartment is first class with access to shopping and food and drink all around you in a short walking distance. You are provided with your own parking space which is a bonus if you have a car with you. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable with comfy beds, and lots of appliances.

Not really any faults, there could have been a few more plates bowls etc, but that's really the only fault that I could find which is very minor.. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
