The location is perfect. Across from the beach and loads of cafes to visit. The views from our room on level 10 were amazing! The apartment itself had been renovated and was lovely.

We had the rooftop spa. For the price for a week you would think everything would be in working order. The spa was warm, although it didn't function as a working spa. It only gave off light bubbles, nothing else. It was more like a hot bath which leaked while in use. The BBQ in our rooftop area worked but has rusted out, so when cleaning it, all the fat would run out onto the ground toward the drains. I'd say they need to replace the BBQ.

It's self has all that's needed and the bed was very comfortable Multiple air conditioning as well as ceiling fans kept us nice and cool in temperatures around 28 - 30 I would 110% stay again here and would recommend it to anyone

If anything the only thing I suggest would be some USB plug points in bedrooms but that is nothing at all major

Location was really beneficial to stay in the resort. Straight access to the main street and esplanade. Really enjoyed spa, having washing machine in the room was good to fresh up our cloths and kitchen has everything we needed.

Tv was located too high and unable to adjust the angle. Poor storage space that we had to put our bags on the floor. I was excited having a washing machine in the room before I opened it. It was a combo washing machine plus dryer. There was lint everywhere sticking on inside and outside of the rubber seal. I had to clean all up before using the washing machine. Hope for maintaining of the washing machine, at least when someone cleans the room, wipe it up the area.

Great location, probably can’t beat. We had unit 443 which is a superior waterfront 2bed apartment. It has comfortable beds but next to no storage space for much other than your clothes. Had to keep all the beach stuff in the car. It’s a smaller fridge too so don’t take too much for the week! Very clean and tidy except the windows, blinds and baseboards need a deep clean. The kids loved the pool and the seats around it are in good condition too!

It’s an older property and needs updating as it just looks dingy in places but it is comfortable. Don’t bother with the cart to take things up to the room as the corridors are narrow and up and down through doors to get to the unit and then it doesn’t fit inside the door to off load it! So many trips up and down with stuff. We were there for 5 nights with grandkids

Property is centrally located. So close to everything. Hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were nice on arrival and departure. Parking was really good too. Our studio apartment was compact but had everything for a 2 night stay. The room had a strong smell of disinfectant when we first arrived but subsided. Bed was a bit soft for my liking but that’s totally a personal preference. I felt the shower/spa was a bit dangerous for older people as you had to climb up and over and even though there was a stool it’s not ideal. Could definitely do with some rails in the shower. Overall a lovely place to stay and I would stay again and recommend

An easy place to drive to and from, We booked one of the refurbished rooms, which I would recommend. The views on the southern side do include a view of the sea and the river, but also the less than attractive back of shops. The room was well appointed, large shower, separate toilet, air conditioning, good tvs. The location is just across from the main swimming area of the beach and the surf club.. Shops and restaurants are underneath. The pool is on the smaller side but very nice, Kids love the waterfalls. This is a good place for families.

Location was across the road from the beach & easy access to plenty of food options. The parking and pool were very big bonuses!

Our unit floor had not been cleaned properly so heaps of sand ended up in our beds from night 1. Not enough toilet paper for 7 nights (1 x roll) so we had to purchase our own. People in the unit above us woke us each morning dragging furniture around. The kids bedroom did not have suitable blinds with a light that stayed on outside our unit for the entire stay so they struggled sleeping.

Couch was actually a sofa bed and uncomfortable to sit on. Mattress not great for our backs after a couple of nights. They only clean after 7 nights. We were there for 6 nights. There is a washing machine if you want to wash your own towels and bedding whilst on holidays. Building site next door made it too noisy to sit on balcony but wasn't bad if you kept the doors and windows closed.

I loved that you could still see a bit of the beach from the room, it's set up in a way that you can watch the waves come in from the balcony, couch or bed. The mattress on the main bed was like a cloud. It was great that it had such a central location to everything and that it was connected to a heaps of restaurants right out the front. I liked that the entrance to reception was in a quiet spot so you could drive in to check in without the pressure of a busy street. It was great to have free onsite parking. Overall the room and resort were awesome value for money, we are looking forward to coming back.

There were brief power outages/brown outs for a couple of hours that affected not only our room but also a restaurant attached to the same building. That in itself is unavoidable, however, it seemed to be a planned period but we were given no notification. The bath towel had mild yellow stains on it. The couch had not been cleaned for a little while as there were crumbs and food papers down the sides next to the cushions which we found to be coming out from the fold out bed in the couch.

Excellent +++ location Very friendly staff. Small beach shelter available for (free) hire. The pool was clean and a refreshing alternative when the beach was blown out. The small verandah of my ocean view room was the perfect spot to work from during the day. The WiFi was the fastest I've experienced at a hotel.

The fridge freezer was ice up and not able to be used. The bathroom was clean but "tired." Pillows weren't great. Usually, I love the pillows at accommodations, but these were tired and needed replacement.
