Felt like a safe area, most things were a 20 min drive away so not too far from anything. Friendly staff greeting at the desk. Said breakfast was included which I wasn't aware of so that was a bonus. Even though we didn't use this service a nice touch of service for the guests.
There isn't really anything to moan about this place, there is no TV in the room like most other hotels but this isn't always a bad thing. One thing I would say is the shower cubicle; not very good if you are on the larger side the door slides open but if you are curvy and have a bigger bust you may not be able.to fit in the shower. I could just get in there any bigger & I wouldn't have been able to use, that is the only downside for me of this hotel. Other than that perfect.

Room was a decent size and had everything we needed for a short break. A light breakfast was included in the price, which was a nice surprise as wasn't stated when we booked the room.
Electrical power to the room was switch on/off with a card just inside the room however, there is a mini fridge in the room which needs to be powered; we left the card in the room, to keep the fridge contents cold, when we went out but when we returned later the same day, the card had been removed and the contents was warm and spoiling. I had to ask at reception to get the card back. Maybe a socket for the fridge should be hardwired to be permanently on to avoid this happening to future guests.

The one staff member we met went out of his way to be helpful, friendly & welcoming, even providing extra snacks to my diabetic husband. He deserves a bonus. It is spacious clean & excellent value for money. It is no doubt the perfect accomadation for the Jewish community.
There was no indication that this was a Jewish hotel: I found out by accident. This should be made clear. The reason for this is that some people prefer not to stay in accomadation that has a religious connection & some may not eat Kosher food for various reasons. For us, it was an insightful & intetesting stay but my husband, a non Jewish farmer does like a full English which is obviously not on the menu here! The food was plentiful & tasty but be mindful that everything is kosher! Neither myself no my husband are Jewish. If the fact that it was Jewish had been clear, I would have rated it 10/10.

The staff were really lovely and friendly. They all made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely family room which was very spacious and very clean. Lovely little touches like a mini fridge, tea and coffee facilities, a fan because it was an extremely hot day when we stayed and some toiletries. Also a lovely complimentary breakfast was provided too. The location was great for us. We attended a concert at Heaton Park which was a 30 minute walk away.
The only downside for us was the price we paid for the room. Because there was a big gig on at Heaton Park all the hotels in the area doubled their prices. This was the only downside for us because everything else about the hotel was great! Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was lovely, room was lovely & clean with a comfortbale bed. We stayed the night before a trip to Manchester airport. 30 mins from the airport, comfortable stay in a family room - kids room connected to ours. Reception staffed 24/7. Both rooms had table fans which was a nice touch and needed in the humid heat.
The shower was very small. First glance it looks great, over head rainfall style with a hose attachment for hand held shower head. But inside was difficult not to bump elbows on walls. Im only 5'5" and a UK size 8. It was also difficult to set the temperature and stopping the shower was a bit of a faff. Took a while to figure out. Neither room had a TV, kids watched their tablets but do enjoy cartoons on a TV in the hotel. Plug sockets had USB on them, but not all in convenient places. Couldn't figure out how to switch the bathroom light off, or the light in the vestibule/ hall area. Disrupted my sleep as I need total dark to sleep

Our suite was very clean and comfortable, and the free parking very welcome. Breakfast was ok, although no cooked option was available
We were welcomed by what I assumed was the manager or owner, and I found his manner quite brusque, Please and thank you didn't seem to be in his vocabulary. The night manager was much more friendly and helpful however. Be aware that if you book the family suite with 2 rooms and 1 bathroom, that the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms, so you have to go through this bedroom if you're sleeping in the other bedroom. It's fine if you know each other well enough. Also be aware that it's a good 20-30 minute walk to the nearest pub if you're looking for a drink and something to eat.

staff so friendly nice to have tea/coffee available on arrival before room ready
but cold without carpet this morning disposable crockery - not only unpleasant to eat cereal with wooden cutlery but all so bad for the environment & appeared to be all put in general waste… perhaps a recycling bin for the cardboard might be good

Price, location and the fact breakfast was included which we didn't know. Not cooked breakfast but more like continental. Good selection though more then ample for what we needed.
The room (5) was nice enough but we felt it could have used some more through cleaning. Quite a few hairs on floor which picked up on our socks. Under the beds had not been cleaned either. The shower was awkward to use and very small but useable.

Very nice hotel - very friendly & helpful staff - parking was raelly an asset too. The rooms were very clean & the beds were very comfortable, & the bathrooms also clean & had plentiful hot water.
These are minor points really - the breakfast - lovely there was one, really pleased to find oat milk, but... Nescafe coffee sachets & PG tips tea bags & absence of fruit juice were a bit disappointing. Bagels were good - but no vegan-friendly spreads. & the cutlery was plastic, so a lot of waste involved. Also - no lift. These are not real dislikes - more disappointments that meant in all honesty I felt my stay was very good rather than superb.

Great location with parking, easily reachable from central Manchester by bus or Uber. Very convenient for M62. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable with tea/coffee and a kettle. Roomy bathroom with large well functioning shower. Self service breakfast was included, which I hadn't expected. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again when we go to Manchester to visit family.
It would have been nice to have had a comfy chair in the room to use for relaxing and reading.
