The hosts were very welcoming and did everything to make my stay comfortable. I was attending a funeral and their kindness, compassion and understanding was a beautiful testament to them as people and hosts. They go above and beyond to make your stay a good one. Amazing fruit salad and plenty of options for breakfast in a lovely dining area. The building and gardens are a sight to see in themselves. Highly recommended <3 no complaints whatsoever. Thankyou 🌻

The place was clean and the view of garden was so gorgeous. And i also loved the room because of the spacious queen size bed and vintage look which made me felt cosy. In terms of the location, the place wasn't that far away from a Greta train station and was easily approachable. Most of all, i really loved the kindness and profession of the owner who's running this guesthouse. So if you are looking for peaceful downtime or some little trip in Hunter valley, i would definitely recommend this place with confidence.

An wonderful place to stay, the property’s hosts were just delightful and very helpful. The Guest House is very tastefully decorated, the room was so comfortable and cosy and the included breakfast was perfect. The location is a stones throw from Maccas, Subway or the Workers club which has Chinese Takeaway. Our Chinese meal was delicious. Pet friendly too which is a plus.

We stayed at the cottage, with our dog. It was super cozy and very nicely decorated. The location is perfect, very close to many different vineyards

It was difficult finding a place to eat after 8pm. Luckily we had a big lunch so we only wanted something small. The only thing open close by was an Indian restaurant or G&G. I would recommend planning on dinner

Breakfast was great, as I had to be out I didn't really require a big breakfast, this was adequate for me. Helen had quitec a lot of different breakfast things, yoghurt, fruit, toast, cereal, cakes etc. All very nicely displayed. My bed was super comfy and the room was so lovely and warm. The room ensuite was very clean.

Helen was just fabulous. Couldn’t do enough to ensure our comfort during our 3 night stay. Very close to wineries and good eateries.

My mistake as I thought I’d booked cottages not rooms in the main house as they were up quite a few stairs. Both ladies have had back surgery and it was not pleasant.

Very nicely appointed room with large ensuite (great shower!!). Lovely cosy lounge to relax in. Good continental breakfast with very nicely presented fruit platter. Friendly, welcoming hosts. The courtyard is another lovely spot to relax. Short drive to wineries, and to the Federal hotel in Branxton for a good meal..

Decent location to the Hunter Valley. We enjoyed our stay in the house very much! Our pup loved the space. Clean bathrooms and room. They even offered to watch our dog when we went out, and gave us some nice recommendations for our next place. Fantastic and friendly people (and tiny dogs!) The vineyard garden was a lovely touch as well.

Spent 3 nights in this amazing B&B. Great place to come and relax and be pampered. The included 3 course breakfast every morning was amazing and so delicious. We opted for the extra 3 course dinner the first night, perfect choice. Jo spoilt us by making us a 1 course dinner the following 2 nights, so we could just come home and relax in front of the living room fire each night. Her meals made our stay an extraordinary culinary experience and we felt truly spoilt. This B&B is like a little tuscan villa hidden in the Hunter Valley. Jo was the perfect host and we would recommend a stay here if you want an experience to remember. Thank you Jo

The hosts were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable and well presented and a welcoming fire added to the relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful front courtyard provided a relaxed space for both people and animals.
