Very cheap with high class facilities. Highly recommended. Near to GPO, restaurants and convenient shops

I was entertained by foreign nationality receptionist probably from Bangladesh or Nepal, he refused to speak Malay to me while i converse whole conversation in Malay. That’s so disappointing and how possibly they hired someone who can’t speak local language? Im pretty sure he bad mouthing me with his colleague in their language during check in process. He handled the whole check in process very very slow while had a chit chat with his colleague. Not sure if they were hired to serve the customer or to have a lepak session with friends(????)

Location is good, walkway to Geo Resort and the nearby shops.

1) check-in location is NOT at the property. You need to go to another location first to register 2) they insist on CASH/online transfer for security Deposit! Stupid, when you already collected credit card info. 3) Parking is dark and dingy, though reserved.

We arrived at property in a cab so we released when arrived destination. When asked about our booking, the counter staff asked us to walk 500m up and down the hilly area to fetch the keys from another property. They said our booking was from another agent and it was confusing. The instructions were not so clear and found it difficult to locate the place from where to collect keys. This was very hectic and unacceptable to me. We EXPECT, at least some representative should be at receiving in the property we booked. We are not aware of your internal arrangement with multiple properties and agents. I WILL NOT STAY in this property with this kind of poor and unorganised arrangement.

The apartment is comfortable, equipped with all the things needed

Do not have Netflix. It will be much appreciated if there is a netflix

As someone who first time travel to Genting with the loved one, it really really good. The check in process is fast and easy. The place is spacious and can accomodate 3 person. If anyone want to travel while prioritizing comfort, this place is top notch.

- Water heating is not working properly. Not much different and still cold. Need to fix that - Too tall (37 floor) but the lift is fast so not really much a problem for someone that love the genting highlands view - I wish the check in process is in the building itself and not at the Windmill. Quite confusing and need to read the manual given properly.

The warmth and pleasant experience i got and received from flash suites staffs. I guessed when go on weekdays, it's easy and better in arrangements in order to cater my request. It was nice shot vacay and the service apartment was clean and comfortable.

If you don't like the hassle of going to other places to register plus check in and go to the place you booked, just choose windmill. So it won't give you many troubles in order to search the registration counter of flash suites which a bit of confusing for first timer.

everything is good, comfortable, clean, big, have wifi, at the tv we can watch Netflix (login your own) and Youtube, the service was good also....near to the market it's not to far and easy to go no need to go by car and everything is good lh..this is going to be my new favorite place to healing in genting ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

my room are near to the staff store room i think because i see lots of stuff inside, also they were so noisy when the staff keluar masuk keluar masuk i hope next time i won't experience that....

The size and the cleanliness very nice and complete place.

After booking there was no instructions given to do my check in. I had to call them and then proceeds to tell me i need to whatsapp them to give me the instructions. These should be given to me immediately after booking. Very poor in this part. You already know its complicated to check in where need to go to the other place and check in than only get the keys. Please look into this.

The unit is impeccable and met all our expectations. Its clean spacious and well prepared for our arrival. The view of Genting Highlands is amazing in the evening and the food restaurants around the property is good too with so many local restaurants to choose from. Starbucks is walking distance too

BE prepared for a NIGHTMARE with the elevators during checkout! As there is a clause which imposes a RM50 charge an hour after 12pm checkout, everyone rushes to leave at 11.30-12pm which causes MASSIVE backlog with the elevators and packed units both up and down! Will take you about an HOUR to get down to reception! Please take note to either check out earlier or wait till 12.45pm to use the elevators. The Management won't charge you if you're late till 1PM! So don't rush! This stress on the elevator system is an accident waiting to happen with the workload

First the apartment area was very good. Near the convenient shop, petrol station & coffee shop. The whole environment of the apartment was good 👍🏻. Park your car at a multi level parking lot. The photo in booking.com was the same we stayed at 😁.

Everything satisfied just does not have the largest apartment for a bigger family so we have to book 2 apartments at different levels. The management said they do not have the same level for our family 😔.
