I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. During my stay, Jorge truly stood out with his exceptional service every morning at the breakfast buffet. He was always warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed to start my day right. Jorge greeted me each morning with a smile and consistently went the extra mile whether it was remembering my preferences, keeping the area clean or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect. His friendly attitude and professionalism made breakfast one of the highlights of my stay. It’s clear that Jorge takes great pride in his work, and it shows. He made me feel like a valued guest, and I sincerely appreciated his efforts. Thank you, Jorge, for making my mornings so enjoyable you’re a true asset to the hotel team! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay and would happily return in the future.

Location is very good, great sector surrounded by Malls ( SantaFe, Oviedo) and many great restaurants The morning breakfast was included comes with great variety and was simply delicious

Rooms could use upgrades, should have outlets with USB ports to keep up with current. SUITE 102 should not be rented out because much maintenance is needed Shower doesn’t drain properly, bathroom was dirty, ceiling had a huge water filtration stain and could probably become moldy, the automatic curtains did not work properly because of a faulty remote control. I was given another suite 901 the next day which was wonderful with great views. I do wanna add that the staff of the hotel throughout my trip was very helpful, friendly, cordial and professional.

The staff was very friendly. Even though we were late for breakfast, they still made breakfast for us. The restaurant is open 24/7 for room service, which is very convenient with kids. The room was very beautiful and clean, and the view of Santa Fe is also lovely. The neighborhood is very modern and clean. You can easily and quickly walk to the Santa Fe Mall from the hotel.

The quality of the food was sometimes not best, but it's good to have an option when you want to eat something fast and it's late.

From check in to check out everything was fabulous. Check in was fast and smooth for a foreigner who spoke no Spanish. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. OMG, the shower had lots of pressure and hot water 8 floors up unlike other hotels in Colombia. The hotel has an amazing restaurant and 24 hr room service is available for late arriving guests. Check out took less than a minute.

If I had to find one thing to pick on , I’d say the elevator took a little while to get there from the time you pressed the button.

Location was very good 5min away walking distance to the Santa Fe Mall. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast included was the highlight of our stay especially for my son. Every day was a different buffet.

We had a small leak on the ceiling in our entry way, I think it was the air conditioning. I called the front desk and they sent the maintenance clerk immediately.

Everything was fantastic. The value for the price is really good. The staff was incredibly professional, the food was exquisite, the room and beds were comfortable, the facilities such as the gym were great, and the location is really good. I couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The hot tubs weren't available during our stay. That is the only really minor thing I can think of as feedback. Everything was truly excellent.

Mall and a 24hr supermarket were within walking distance (5min tops). Loved that the breakfast was included. That made life in the morning easier for us. Family of 6. And also loved the fresh infused water/juices in the lobby. Every time we got back from a tour, I would grab a cup before heading up to our room.

The location was great. Could walk along 43 A easily into the heart of Poblado with no concerns.The staff was exceptional especially Jorge the doorman and Andres at the front desk. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast selection was large. Would definitely stay here again.

Could see the hot tubs from our window most of the time they did not have water in them

Wow , staff 10/10 Jorge and Iver were so nice for me and my daughter, always attentive… for the great service they gave us they need a raise…. If i have to return to Medellin and stay at the Porton they are 1 of the reasons I would return , my daughter felt save with them .

My stay at GHLwas mostly enjoyable. The staff was incredibly professional and courteous, and the facilities were top-notch. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and its location was convenient for exploring the city.

I found the pricing a bit steep for the overall experience offered. There's room for improvement in the communication from the front desk office, as some information seemed unclear or lacking. On a positive note, the food served at the hotel was exceptional and added to the overall experience.
