Location was perfect, in a quiet area close to the old town. Bed was so comfortable and everything was perfect. Loved it so much I’m going back to stay there again in a few days.

We loved our stay at Bidaia! The staff were super friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to tell us about all the special places in San Seb. Their information was vital to our trip and really helped us. We loved breakfast each morning and enjoyed chatting with the staff who were genuinely lovely people. I really recommend this hotel in San Seb if travelling with children. We brought bikes as travelled by car on the ferry from the UK and found the cycle paths easy to navigate and safe to use with children. It took us 15 minutes or less to cycle to the beach.

Perfect room for me and two friends to get acclimated to the city - 3 comfy beds, amazing blackout curtains, a fabulous shower, cold A/C, breakfast, coffee and wine on site. The most incredible, friendly, helpful staff! I’ve honestly never had such truly exceptional customer care. We had a wine tour cancel on us last minute and the staff made a new tour happen for us on 24 hours notice (after I messaged everyone in town to no avail!). We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to San Sebastián. It’s a short walk to the downtown/beach/busy areas and the staff gave us lots of good recommendations.

Lovely character hotel set in beautiful grounds with nicely tended gardens, bar and breakfast/ reception areas really good (but only accessible at certain times) Large terrace and large communal sitting area Secure parking outside onsite was helpful Staff were really friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival at night. Price was really reasonable Location seemed good although we only used as a stopover on our journey so didn’t explore

Bar closed at 10pm which was a bit early, otherwise can’t fault the hotel.

Comfortable, quiet, well maintained with friendly helpful staff. Food and drink available whenever we needed.

It was much further from the old town than we were expecting and we were reliant on buses to get around. The hotel was very expensive given the location and it was disappointing that breakfast wasn’t included. Most other guests were visiting as a family with young children, whilst they were all well behaved and we weren’t disturbed, it wasn’t the atmosphere we were expecting.

The 2 male staff who were on reception were very attentive helpful and really friendly. They gave the hotel a good feeling. Very comfortable bed Very quiet room We had an early start for the airport and a good packed breakfast was given to us following our request the previous evening Good secure parking 20 /25 mins walk to the old town 10 mins walk to the nearby beach.

Breakfast was good. It isnt buffet style so you get what you are given. Eggs to order if required. The only problem was food arrived in the wrong order. ie cereal half way through eating the eggs ?

Telmo at the front desk was exceptional. His care and support laid the foundation for our stay. We were visiting San Sebastian for the first time and our first experience at the property provided a glimpse of what San Sebastian would be. Amazing and simply the warmth!! The property felt very cosy and intimate. The location is 15-20 minutes ' walk to the beach and 3 minutes away from the closest bus stop. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Nice terrace and patio area to sit outside.

Washroom design - In the room we stayed, the washroom had a semi-transparent glass door. There is no privacy and no locks for the glass door. So if you are staying with a friend or guest, you will feel heightened when in the washroom. I was at the edge always with kids in the room. Fewer breakfast varieties and cost for some items ( such as omelette, it's over +5 Euro).

The location was perfect. They included parking was very nice and convenient, although a little tiny for a big van. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. The balcony was very nice to sit on in the evening, although it faced the noisy parking lot. The room had everything we needed The breakfast the next morning was very tasty and plentiful. It included hot eggs and many nice cold items. They gave us excellent suggestions of where to walk with a map in the sites to see.

Property with lots of character. Very Stylish, cool, friendly vibe. Staff were excellent. Bonus having parking. Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed the 20min walk into centre and to the promenade. A great hotel!!!

Had to think hard to find something I didn’t like but one little annoying thing was there wasn’t much room to stand at sink and look in the mirror in bathroom with the door opening in the way it does.
