The greeting from the hosts were amazing. The family feeling breakfast was prepared wonderful. Clean and good spaced rooms, excellent bathroom and beds. The guidance to restaurants and entertainment and the location of the property was certainly something we really appreciated. We were lucky to get a parking lot at the property.

The property is hard to spot from the street and the facade towards the street could certainly do with some renovation. These are remarks that didn't have any effect on our stay. If you look past the cover this is a gem!

A very cozy place, great location. Our room had 2 levels, with the bed being on an upper one with stairs. New air conditioner, good bathroom. All clean and tidy. Comfy beds and pillows. We arrived quite late, and we got all instructions on how to get in via Whatsapp. Breakfast was good, the lady prepared eggs for us, the coffee was fine (not bad, but not very good also).

At breakfast you sit on one big table with other guests, and I find that awkward. I would prefer to have separate tables Orange juice was very bad😅 Towels are grey, a very weird choice of color. The only mirror is in the bathroom, one more could be added in the room, instead of one of the paintings for ex

We had the split room with the bath room at the same level. The bed and Matratze where super comfortable and perfect. The bath room was excellent. The custom made egg for breakfast was just perfect. Super close to downtown and very private. Very easy going host and private parking inside the courtyard. The host provided a map and pointed out suggestions with respect to our interests. Was easy to find with maps on a phone.

Three levels up the stairs, but with landings between. With smaller suitcases for a few days, in my option not a problem. We had large suitcase for 10 days of travel . I absolutely would come back.

Great location and very helpful staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, we extended our stay after something fell through and they were great at accommodating us! The breakfast is great and it’s just a very cute location. I would recommend this to anyone! The bathroom was so big, which has been rare in my experience in Italy so that was also a plus!

Not necessarily bad but just a note that our king bed room wasn’t a king mattress but 2 twins put together and sometimes they would come apart. Also if you are there in the fall they can’t have heating, this typically shouldn’t be a problem but it was a little cold in the room at night so bring a blanket!

We loved the split level accomodation wih the extra space for a couch, desk and to lay suitcases out. The highlight was Shana, who was exceptional in how she looked after us and our superb breakfasts (she made the coffee and scrambled eggs with cheese/bacon etc for us upon order), she also gave superb recommendations for food, clothes washing, day trips, gave us chargers when our phone chargers stopped working, and sorted out our taxi on the last morning. Its very clean, comfortable and close to the Como centre and promenade near the lake.

The walls arent the most soundproof and there isn't any self-service of the washing machine itemised available. With no elevator, the several flights of stairs could be an issue for those with heavy bags.

We loved this place in Como - the historic building, the characterful room and the excellent location, totally quiet but super-close to Como Lago station, the bus station and the ferry port. Olga was really helpful, and provided us with lots of info on what to do and where to eat and drink in and around Como - we simply followed up on her recommendations and had the best couple of days. If were come back to Como, we would definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to stay. The host was very accommodating and the staff was great. Very spacious suite and a very comfortable bed. There was also a pull-out sofa to accommodate a third person. It is located a block behind the cathedral so very close to the centre of the town.

I arrived after dark and it was a bit difficult to find and very dark. The suites are up three flights of stairs and there was a staircase in my suite from the living room up to the bedroom so I would not recommend this for anyone with mobility issues.

The Convent B&B was a great experience! We had adequate space for myself, my husband, and our teenage son (on a couch pullout). They allowed us to drop our bags prior to check-in, which was a huge help as we were taking the boat up the lake that day and didn't want to carry our luggage. The breakfast was plentiful, and helped fuel us for a fun day of adventuring the next day. I only wish we had the chance to spend more than 1 night in Como.

The convent was a bit hard to locate at first as the entrance is behind a gated automatic fence. Luckily a car pulled into the courtyard so we were able to follow him in. This would have been easily fixed if I had called ahead for directions, but I was on a tight timeline to catch a boat.

We really enjoyed our stay! The building has a unique charm, and the private parking was very convenient. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the city center. We stayed in the 'Liz' room, which was spacious, clean, and nicely arranged.

The room is on the third floor and only accessible by stairs. It didn’t bother us at all, but it's good to be aware of.

The whole experience of this property was above and beyond exceptional. From the moment we stepped through the property is was amazing service. Breakfast delicious.The building was beautiful. The host Shanna was so kind, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She is the perfect host for that property Definitely recommend.

Lots of stairs. Lucky we had help with our cases up and down. That we had to leave. Stay longer next time
