Honestly everything was great till we got the room in the highest floor “4th floor” (stairs up only). Another thing is they only provide hot shower in the ground floor. which you have to go 4 flights down and up. But they do have bathrooms in each floor (without hot shower).

The location was great for us, about a 15min walk from the Hat Yai train station. It's walkable to the markets, and lots of food and spa/massage options nearby. You can rent a bike/scooter from the hostel for 300THB a day which we found super great to get around and sightsee. Was perfect. The hostel was clean. The beds are hard, which was great for me. Rooms were clean and decent. Each bed has an individual light and powerplug, the bunks were decent size too.

Maybe a full size mirror in the hostel room or outside the room for makeup and stuff would be great.

Super aesthetic. Even got a small cafe inside. You will feel like at home with a mother-like maid. The double decker bed provided with curtain so you have extra privacy. Location is very good, few metres away from crowded area. So, the loud noise doesn't reach you, and you can go to attractive location with ease. Also, surrounded by multiple bar/pub. You will love bar hopping there.

You will have to climb a stairs. If you are plus size and carry lot of bag, and happened to be placed at the top level room, good luck. The snooker table is not in a playable condition.

Honestly, for the price you are paying, what's not to like? The place is quiet, peaceful and has scooters for rent all day. It is right next to a 24-hour convenience store and in the heart of Hat Yai. Beds are comfortable and the aircon makes you doubt that you are even in a humid country.

The WiFi is only strong at level 1. The WiFi at other levels is pretty meagre and better off not be used.

I like the location is nearby to every prime spots for tourists to visit. The convenience stores just walking distance which a plus. Easy to get HALAL ready-to-eat food at 7eleven. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and kind. Suitable for backpackers solo and groups. Great place to meet new people from other parts of the world. And I love your coffee where you prepared it manually via its own tools,like those in the days. Not the automatic machine and the taste are great. Definitely will choose this place again for my next visit!

Ventilation is needed in the toilet. No air circulation since there's no window, perhaps can put exhaust fan. And the mattress a bit hard.

Staff was friendly and was able to answer my questions on various attractions (like details on how to get there). The floor tiling on the stairs and the wooden flooring in the toilet made the place look good and clean. The toilet was very clean. There's a good restaurant (Ban Khun Bhu) and a convenience store about a minute's walk away.

Had bed bugs and even though the staff offered to change beds it was still a problem.

Walking distance from the night and morning market, plentiful of eateries nearby and a convenience store around the corner. No complaints with regard to the room and amenities. Those with bad joints might want to skip this as there are no elevators and hot showers are available only at ground level. Fancy a hot shower, got to work those legs. Shoutout to the lady mending the counter, she’s been very helpful throughout my stay in suggesting places to eat and visits.

Bathroom for hot water only available at ground level

Our room had 6 bunks. We only needed 5. The toilet was near. And the showers downstairs were clean and we felt safe. Location is walking distance from Lee Market and a short tuk-tuk ride to Central Hatyai Mall. Overall, the stay was great. Staff wise, nothing out of the extra ordinary.
