Easy access with clear signage made arrival stress-free. The hotel offers a large, safe car park behind a secure barrier. The place looks just like the photos - no unpleasant surprises. The staff were kind and helpful. We arrived early and appreciated the luggage storage and welcome drink - always cold water with mint and lemon at the entrance. Such a thoughtful detail! Our room was bright, clean, and modern, with a beautiful view. It had everything we needed: plenty of towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, hygiene kits), a full-length mirror (a rare gem!), a great hairdryer, strong A/C, and daily housekeeping. The hotel is full of attractions - from pools for all ages (including jacuzzi and shaded baby pool), direct beach access via a palm-lined path, and water sports, to a gym, spa, mini golf, tennis, and evening shows that were truly entertaining. The breakfast was fantastic, with everything from English classics to local delicacies like olives and halloumi. The salad bar, fresh and roasted veggies (amazing eggplant!), great bread, pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, and a wide drink selection made every morning a treat. When it came to restaurants and bars, the hotel offered delicious variety — from local food (best Greek salad with capers!) to sushi, burgers, Italian, and amazing cocktails, including a swim-up bar.

Honestly, the only regret we have is not staying longer and not choosing the all-inclusive option. We had the chance to try some of the same food and drinks offered in the all-inclusive package, and we were genuinely impressed by the quality - much better than we expected! It definitely wasn’t one of those places where the drinks are mostly water with barely any juice or alcohol (like we've experienced elsewhere, for example in Egypt). If we come back - and we absolutely plan to - we’ll definitely go for the full experience!

The first day we stayed. My wife and I, my daughter, my wife was pregnant and not feeling well and we had to take her to the emergency room. My whole vacation I was alone with my daughter in the hotel while my wife was hospitalized. I want to say that the treatment I received was as if I were a family member. They treated me amazingly and this is not obvious. The management is very professional and they took care of me like family. Everything I needed, they took care of me quickly and sometimes they didn't even ask me for an extra charge. This is really not obvious. There is no doubt that when my wife recovers, I will go back there. The staff is amazing and kind and the place is amazing. I highly recommend it. And I want to thank them for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at Cavo Maris! The location is excellent, and there are plenty of entertainment options and activities for kids, which made our experience even more enjoyable as a family. The restaurant staff were incredibly polite and kind to our babies, and we’d like to give a special thanks to Comfort, who was extremely attentive and helpful, always with a smile on his face — truly a joy to be around. We also want to thank Miriam at the reception, who handled our check-in. She made us feel truly welcomed from the very start. She was warm, professional, and an excellent host. Highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with little ones!

I liked that the beaches nearby are not crowded, the hotel lobby is large and ventilated, the conditional air is not noisy and also the location is quiet which makes the hotel perfect for families with children. The green area with many long chairs is a big plus. Also the playground is well maintained and there are many activities at the kids club for children of all ages. The food is tasty and the services are good.

I expected the cleaning to be perfect (but there was dust under the bed and we had small ants in the room)

Location is incredible with a stunning beach with crystal clear water on the properties doorstep, stunning sunrises from the balcony, more sunbeds than guests so there wasn't a scramble to get sun loungers in the morning which were also nicely spaced if you like chasing the sunshine! Lots of lovely restaurants to choose from on site with tasty and HUGE portions. The hotel itself has a generally lovely atmosphere that contributes to restful stay and it felt like the whole building was essentially brand new (and well maintained), we got a free upgrade to a larger room that really was also fantastic especially given the hotel was close to capacity.

The breakfast buffet is a bit hit and miss, the hot food sits for quite a while and some it doesn't feel particularly high quality but even with that said there was a fairly good selection of things to eat and you certainly wouldn't go hungry. Beach towels are strictly rationed which is a little bit frustrating and one of the reception team was a little bit unhelpful when asked for some assistance but this is really just picking becasue the hotel is hard to fault and we will 100% return.

The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh salads, fruits, and rich espresso made from beans. The staff was warm and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable. A pleasant surprise was the abundance of sunbeds in different areas, so there was always a spot to unwind. We also tried yoga near the beach, which was a fun and refreshing activity. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus station, making trips to the city easy. The walk to the center takes about 20 minutes. Overall, we loved this hotel—great service, modern facilities, and a wonderful atmosphere.

The only small downside was the touchless light switches. They look modern, but they never turn completely off and still give off a little bit of light.

Hotel was very good, great facilities, a lovely location, we were upgraded to a family suite which was fabulous with two bathrooms. Fab gym that I used every day, lovely Spa, had a fantastic treatment there with Kris. Totally recommend.

We arrived in the middle of a football tournament and the hotel was full of kids, running around like lunatics with their families. The hotel was noisy and you could not move for young footballers. We could not get in to the buffet for dinner and the noise so the hotel allowed us to eat in one of their many restaurants FOC as we had paid for half board. They rectified the situation as best they could. We would have liked to be warned about the influx for the football tournament. I am sure were were not the only people affected.

The best hotel in Protaras by far! No picture can reflect the panoramic magic vision of this location! true heaven on earth! Planty lucid dreamy beaches beside the hotel, pools are big, warm and beautiful, the food is absolutely delicious! 5 gorme theme restaurants runs by the best sheffs in Cyprus (Argo restaurant will blow your mind! ) Plus surprisingly rich and tasty buffet (with the best view) morning, noon and night.. prepare to eat a whole lot! Many facilities, entertainment (shows and games), bars, caffe, creperie, smoothie bar etc to keep you busy and pampered, planty of sunbesds with parasols (the hotel was fully booked and still there were a lot of extra sunbeds), everything was perfect but the real reason I will return to Cavo is the stuff! Best customer service there is! They heard I had a birthday and I was showered with love, gifts and upgrades, made me feel like a princess! Nicholas the kindest supervisor did above and beyond (even on his day off) to make sure we are happy and satisfied, Yulia and Stefan the legendary bartenders that work the hardest to keep all guests in a perfect vacation mood, the best time was at your sirena bar! Sweet George that made our dinners at seaweed and stonegrill restaurants amazingly special! Dear Verana that kept our room spotless every day, and all the other grate stuff that amazed us with the best customer service we ever got! , Comfort, Christian, Nicolas, and really everyone! Highly recommended

You can book from booking all inclusive, but it will not include the a la carte restaurants, only if you book directly from the hotel you can choose ultra premium all inclusive plan to enjoy almost everything included..

Everything was excellent. The quality of service and the kindness of the reception staff were outstanding, the food was excellent, and the bar staff were very friendly and attentive. We would like to give a special thanks to Confort and Jackson for their great service. The housekeeping service during the first three nights was truly impeccable. We traveled for our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with an incredible complimentary gesture that exceeded all our expectations. Next year we will return to Cyprus, and without a doubt, we will choose this hotel again.

Pretty much everything was literally amazing. My room was great, bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast buffet was tasty and with a lot of variety. The pool area and the beach were the cherry on top. Plus the Restaurants for dinner were extremely delicious, always had more then enough and in the best quality possible. More than happy i chose this Hotel.

There is not much to say. If i‘m being picky then the showerhead in the bathroom could have had more pressure, which is a really small almost unnecessary detail. At the Check in i could have used some more instructions about the Hotel, how everything works and where to find, especially as traveler by myself. Actually the only thing i really noticed was at the Restaurants for dinner. I felt like it couldn’t go fast enough, like the waiter/waitress were in a rush/hurry to get the table free for the next ones. No waiting time between the dishes, dinner was over in less then an hour with starter, main dish and dessert. But because the food was that good and everyone was really friendly it didn’t matter that much.
