The best hotel in Protaras by far! No picture can reflect the panoramic magic vision of this location! true heaven on earth! Planty lucid dreamy beaches beside the hotel, pools are big, warm and beautiful, the food is absolutely delicious! 5 gorme theme restaurants runs by the best sheffs in Cyprus (Argo restaurant will blow your mind! ) Plus surprisingly rich and tasty buffet (with the best view) morning, noon and night.. prepare to eat a whole lot! Many facilities, entertainment (shows and games), bars, caffe, creperie, smoothie bar etc to keep you busy and pampered, planty of sunbesds with parasols (the hotel was fully booked and still there were a lot of extra sunbeds), everything was perfect but the real reason I will return to Cavo is the stuff! Best customer service there is! They heard I had a birthday and I was showered with love, gifts and upgrades, made me feel like a princess! Nicholas the kindest supervisor did above and beyond (even on his day off) to make sure we are happy and satisfied, Yulia and Stefan the legendary bartenders that work the hardest to keep all guests in a perfect vacation mood, the best time was at your sirena bar! Sweet George that made our dinners at seaweed and stonegrill restaurants amazingly special! Dear Verana that kept our room spotless every day, and all the other grate stuff that amazed us with the best customer service we ever got! , Comfort, Christian, Nicolas, and really everyone! Highly recommended

You can book from booking all inclusive, but it will not include the a la carte restaurants, only if you book directly from the hotel you can choose ultra premium all inclusive plan to enjoy almost everything included..

Cavo Maris is a lovely hotel. Very clean and very accommodating staff. The food was fabulous, 3/4 family members were vegetarian and sometimes there wasn’t very child friendly vegetarian food, the restaurant staff were brilliant and made sure we could order something which was great. All staff members were polite, professional and just so welcoming. The children (9 & 11) took part in some of the activities (bowls, darts, mini golf, tennis, cookery, pottery) so there is a bit going on for them, they did get a bit bored after a while though. We took our fire stick and that was helpful in the evenings when we came back to the room as we could watch Netflix. The hotel was very safe, we didn’t mind the children playing with their friends around the complex and also going back to the room by themselves. Our room was above the restaurant so could be noisy in the evenings with the various entertainment, we took our wave sound machine which I’m so pleased we did. If you find the bed hard ask for a topper, well worth it. I also got a feather pillow which was a god send as the pillows are quite firm. All in all a lovely stay and we would thoroughly recommend. Watch out for the long haired ginger cat, he scratches but is quite gorgeous so we forgave him. the short haired ginger cat (we called him Mittens) is just gorgeous and such a friendly puss.

noisy at night, all inclusive is not all inclusive, it includes a small selection which did annoy us a bit although all the buffet food was very good and we found drinks which we did like.

Hotel was very good, great facilities, a lovely location, we were upgraded to a family suite which was fabulous with two bathrooms. Fab gym that I used every day, lovely Spa, had a fantastic treatment there with Kris. Totally recommend.

We arrived in the middle of a football tournament and the hotel was full of kids, running around like lunatics with their families. The hotel was noisy and you could not move for young footballers. We could not get in to the buffet for dinner and the noise so the hotel allowed us to eat in one of their many restaurants FOC as we had paid for half board. They rectified the situation as best they could. We would have liked to be warned about the influx for the football tournament. I am sure were were not the only people affected.

It is very very beautiful at this hotel, palm trees everywhere, from the moment you enter the hotel, relaxation begins and you feel that your vacation has begun, the people at the hotel are very kind and help you with any problem, the services offered are very good, the pool is large and a few steps away is a beautiful beach, being in a wheelchair I was impressed by the facilities offered for people with disabilities, the room has all the facilities, it is big, the balcony is big, you have room, you don't feel cramped, it's the first time I've been impressed by the room for the disabled, the people at the Hotel were very nice and left a happy birthday card in my room, it was a surprise, thank you! I felt wonderful and for sure if I come back to Protaras I will gladly choose Cavo Maris Hotel.

The hotel is located in a beautiful bay in lavish garden. On the arrival we had a wonderful surprise. We have been upgraded to suite. Our room was big with two bathrooms, a very comfortable bed ( you also have a choice of different pillows) and with really big terrace with amazing view to the sea. The food in the buffet was always tasty and you could always find something for yourself. It was the same with the deserts. There is choice of other restaurants on the grounds as well. The reception staff were really nice. Although the water in the outside swimming-pool was cold we did really enjoy swimming in the sea. I would highly recommend this hotel and for sure we will be back sometime.

We usually visit Cavo Maris every year but missed last year as we felt the rooms were just not up to par. We gave it another go this year as we heard the rooms have been fully renovated and WOW! I wouldn't be surprised if they earn a fifth star soon as the rooms are now exceptional. This is probably the best hotel I've stayed in now. As always the staff are amazing, the breakfast is excellent and cleanliness is always 10/10. Special shout out to Christakis at the Kafeneio who works tirelessly and is always so friendly. Can't wait for our next stay.

We really liked the food that was served in the Buffet. We did not visit the other restaurants, as the basic buffet was so good. The location by the sea is also great. The view from the room is fantastic. Outside pools are also very good, a lot of place to stay and relax on the hotel premises with great views and atmosphere. The room was very clean, houskeeping is great. We liked the sea next to the hotel. Generally a good value-for money choice for an All-inclusive vacation.

The inside swimming pool is small and not warm. Sauna is small, and is not included in All-inclusive package (costs 20 EUR to enter for 30 min). The reception front desk hang up on us twice when we called them to speak about our airport transfer. They were not helpfull to us when our neighbours were smoking (although I was with my pregnant wife).

The hotel is located next to a lovely location. We had a great, clean room (elite) with two bathrooms, a comfortable terrace, and a great bed and pillows. The food in the buffet was always tasty, and you could always find something interesting. It's the same with deserts. The reception staff is exceptional. They are pleasant and ready to support and help you. Tatjana and Carlos, thank you a lot for the games and fun! Despite the end of the season, the waiters did a great job.

People who fill the plates with food do not eat it and leave a mess behind.

an unpleasant incident took place - my sellphone was stolen in the dining room on the first day of arrival. The hotel administration is certainly not to blame, but please take note.

breakfast was a vast array of selection with even real honey comb offered, more than anyone could eat. beach is just 50 meters away one can sit round the pool or sit with the view of the sea away from the pool noise. one needs a taxi to get to Protaras center strip but oif you feel like a picturesque walk one can walk along the beach path all the way to the strip which takes around 30 minute and is around two miles, but well worth the beautiful seeing secluded beaches and glass clear water

some tourist told me they complained that their white swim suits turned green in the swimming pool water, complained to the staff and got an upgrade. But me having had the same issue when I had little kids I found out that it was the NIVEA kids 50 sun block spray which has a slightly blueish colour. this cream destroys all white coloured swim ware making then having a green tinge that does not wash out
