Really clean and comfortable - A home from home. The check in process was easy and sent in advance. Well equipped appartment with everything we needed, right in the centre of town. Kindly given details of the secure parking which was value for money and a very short walk to the hotel. Value for money was incredible. Response from owners to questions was prompt, professional, and friendly. Had a lovely time. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and would definitely recommend to friends.

Nothing - it was perfect for us.

It is a very comfortable space, large than expected. We were able to watch some tv in the evening and easily fitted round the table for breakfast. Kitchen facilities were good and everything was provided, washing up liquid/ tea towel etc The bed was particularly comfortable and it had a great shower. The location was good, we headed up into town for some food, plenty of nice restaurants near by. It is hilly so if you struggle with walking you may want to be right in the centre. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The only thing I could think of was more tea bags, there were two of us staying and 3 tea bags. Neither of us drink Coffee ( there were quite a few sachets ) so we ended up with a weak cup each in the morning ( shared a tea bag )

Excellent facilities, very clean throughout the building, easy check in. Excellent location, close to everything you need within the city centre. Would definitely recommend and hopefully look forward to another visit very soon. A****

If I was to be very picky I’m not a fan of the towels they supply, but this can easily be rectified by taking your own. The apartment (No 13) we stayed in recently the mattress was very comfortable, but the actual bed frame and headboard didn’t seem to be put together properly, just needs attention to tighten every thing up.

Really impressed with this gem of a place and will definitely be staying again, everything was spotless from the moment you walked through the entrance, landings, staircases etc and this continued into the apartment. Very easy access and thorough instructions. Thank You A*****

If I had to be picky I wasn’t too impressed with the towels, not 100% cotton but that’s down to personal preference. The recommended parking was an issue on the day we arrived due to road works, so was unable to use this facility and had to look for alternative parking.

The property was a self contained apartment within a building. I liked the remote access, ease of access and communication from the host. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the city. Parking outside the building.

Minor issues with furniture being broken prior to arrival, tv could be located in a better position. Other rooms within the building were partying until late. As a self service apartment, the cutlery and utensils could be better.

It was great for the price a 5 minute walk from the centre which was great! The room was clean and spacious. There was a fridge, a cooker and a kettle which is great if you want to cook! Overall it was a pleasant stay and really good for the price in my opinion!

The underboards on the bed kept falling off when you moved (easy to put back, its clearly how the bed is built up) however it was kind of annoying. And there was only one and a half toilet rolls which was not enough for the two of us for the 3days and two nights we were there. But other than that it was a pleasant stay!

The manager was excellent: friendly and efficient. We could drop our bags early and had no problem getting in through codes and keysafe. It was good value and handy for everywhere we needed to be. Would prefer hotel in future myself but would recommend for anyone on a budget.

It wasn’t 100% clean (a few bits and pieces on the floor and something suspicious looking stuck to the bathroom wall). The kitchen tap was broken. As there was no breakfast option (fine, as we were prewarned that booking.com erroneously send emails that you can get brekkie) it would have made more sense to have a microwave than an oven, so we could heat up porridge / pastries.

This is the second time we have stayed here and its such good value for money. The room was really clean and really well decorated making it a lovely space to relax in. It's a perfect base for exploring Sheffield and the peak district. We booked last minute on the day and the communication with the staff was excellent, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Very minor, maybe some oven/hob instructions in the room would be useful on occasions.

The furniture was nice, the bathroom was decorated well, the room was spacious and a nice temperature, plenty of hangers in the wardrobe

Couldn’t work the oven, floor was grubby, only 2 of everything in the kitchen and it all needed washing before use, bathroom towels felt weird, like microfibre, 1st floor lots of noise from outside and people seemed to be up and down the creaky stairs constantly

Location good, quiet at night. Easy check in. Large spacious studio.

Towels were strange ineffective fabric. Bizarre toiletry situation- one bottle of what claimed to be shampoo on shower floor but not what was promised on label.Seemed to be refilled with shower gel. Nothing else for wash hand basin. Bathroom v small. If you are large could be a problem. Would benefit from a warmer duvet/ extra layer.
