Gorgeous grounds and gardens, very peaceful and quiet. Comfy bed, very clean. I was a little sceptical because it was on the cheaper side so I was concerned it may not be the best but it was excellent value for money. I'd definitely stay again.
I arrived after dark due to my flight arrival time and there could have been more lighting at reception and the room areas as it took a while to find the room in the dark. Also given it was a self contained room, a small dining table and chairs would have made it easier to eat meals.

Although the space is quite small , it is comfortable inside . It is warm for a winter situation. The location is a bit far from the shops.
Shower area has no door. When you have a shower water splashes outside the washing area. There is a glass divider between the toilet and shower area but not wide enough. You have to stand closer to the wall under the shower in order to avoid the splash outside the shower area. But I cannot stand closer to the wall because there is a soap dish attach to the wall . It Should be relocated so that you can stand closer to the wall or maybe install a plastic shower curtain. But overall it’s good for few days stays.

It was pretty easy to find it and get around
The front door was not airtight. All the cold wind was coming through the door. It really needs a seal and even the split system could not keep up on keeping the room hot because of all the Air coming through the door. The kitchen seat tap is actually too big for the Kitchen every time you went to try to wash the dishes you would get all your clothes wet because the tap mixes just way too big for that sink. We shared two rooms and we had the same problems so I wasn’t just me.

I expected, that it's some type of temporary building - if it is, it's my first time when I see such good quality and well-equipped pod. Really, the room includes everything you could need. The best were ventilation and air conditioning. Accommodation on Phillip Island as usual is expensive - this place is a really hidden gem. The pool was perfect ❤
If you don't have a car: to Cowes it's around 40 min by foot - other options are hitchhiking (working good except rainy weather), a bus (1-2 times per day) or Uber (around 20 AUD). If in the middle of the night you hear sound like somebody is being killed - don't be afraid, it's opossums :)

The location was great and made it a convenient location to stay in proximity to the places we needed to go while in the area. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and nice to stay in.
Minor issues such as limited soundproofing on the front of the apartment meaning sometimes noise carried when other guests were making noise in the shared outdoor space which was frustrating while trying to get our toddler to nap. Was also disappointed that despite the property claiming not to be pet friendly, there was another guest who seemed to have their dog staying. We would have loved to have had our dog stay with us rather than needing to find alternative accommodation for him. But overall, there was nothing significantly wrong with the property.

The one bedroom apartment was a great size for a family of 3. The kitchen in the apartment was well equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, pots and pans. The walk in wardrobe had a huge amount of storage space. Bed was comfy. The outdoor area was fantastic and we used the pool every day. The large lawn area is great for kids to play and our child loved playing with all the other children that were also staying here. Short drive to the shops and short walk to the beach Can’t wait to come back next year.
You could hear noise from the apartments upstairs and next door but this wasn’t a big deal for us.

We stayed in a pod. The facilities were high quality, and had a new and fresh appeal. The bed was very comfortable. The pod was very sound proof, providing privacy.
The steps from the car park to the board walk that runs along the pod doors, are poorly lit at night. This makes them difficult to navigate, especially for the elderly or those with poor vision. A white strip on the edge of each step and a hand rail could help to reduce potential accidents. One could question the level of hygiene of washing the plates and cutlery in the hand basin next to the toilet.

We arrived late (due to delays) - when the office was closed (at 4 pm on a Saturday !) - and had to beg a neighbour to let us use their phone to call the Emergency Number !! - But the staff person of the Sea Pavilions answered right away - AND they had left our room key with onstructions in the lock box - with combo # - so we could get in alright ! It helped overcome a moment of panic when we realized their office was closed so soon !
Loud neighbours - bellowing on cell phones across the property !

Clean and tidy
Door on pod that opens up to outdoor area would have good to have a screen door to let fresh air in

The room was very comfortable. The contact person at the property was very helpful.
With a few very minor changes this accommodation could be perfect! Some shelving in the built-in wardrobe. There is only hanging space. It's nice to be able to unpack suitcases. Another towel rail. There is only room for one towel. So the bath mat and other towel has to be hung outside on the patio (luckily the weather was good) A full set of cooking utensils would also be appreciated. There wasn't even an egg lift or steak knives at all and only one t towel for a three night stay. Also the fridge is very temperamental. We had a bottle of wine explode because it froze.
